Top Careers for Bachelor in Perfusion Technology

There is a common stereotype that being e doctor is the only best thing you can achieve in the medical field, but other professions are there which are who are responsible for serving the patients and engaged in the welfare of society


Bachelor in Perfusion Technology, more popularly known as Bachelor of Science or BSc in Perfusion Technology is a 3-year undergraduate course, where candidates explore the study of physiology along with pathology of the lungs as well as the allied respiratory organs that exist in the human body.

To earn a bachelor’s degree in this field the minimum eligibility criteria that the candidates need to satisfy is coming through the 10+2 level and preferably having a pure science stream in their 12th boards. The admission process for this course can be both entrances as well as merit-based. And once a candidate becomes a certified bachelor in perfusion technology, by satisfying the attendance management software of the educational institute from where they pursue their degree, his average annual salary can range between INR 3 to INR 16 lakhs per annum.

A degree in this background can certainly make a person achieve a well-established career, and of course, having dedication for the same is also necessary. High-paying jobs are common in this sector and people can also work in those companies where many dreams to work on. Cardiac Perfusionist

Being a bachelor of Perfusion Technology the first job option to come up in the mind is the career of a Cardiac perfusionist. The professionals are engaged in heart surgeries and work on operating extracorporeal circulation equipment including a heart-lung machine, at the time of open-heart surgery or it can also be any medical procedure, where replacing a patientโ€™s circulatory or respiratory function can be necessary with artificial support. The average salary of a perfusionist in India is INR 3.93 lakhs per annum.

Medical Coder

Another great career option to opt for with a degree of bachelor in Perfusion technology from a renowned college satisfying their fee management system is a medical coder. This is one of those careers that many opt for, hence securing this position are a little bit competitive.

Medical coders are engaged in translating the reports of physicians into useful medical codes. They work on a variety of settings behind the curtains and must ensure that all the existing pertinent information is coded correctly, eventually ensuring accuracy and consistency. The average salary of a medical coder in India is nearly INR 3 lakhs per annum.

Cardiac Technician

One of the best career options to check out with a degree of bachelor in Perfusion Technology is Cardiac Technician.  Being a cardiac technician youโ€™ll be responsible for aiding physicians in their treatment as well as diagnosis of their problems and illnesses related to heart as well as lung disorders.

They are engaged in working closely with doctors and taking care of patients who are suffering from heart and lung issues. In addition to that, cardiac technicians also perform certain important tests with various technical equipment. The average salary of a cardiac technician in India is INR 3 lakhs per annum.

Risk Manager

Another good job option to opt for with a degree of bachelor in perfusion technology is Risk Manager. A Risk Manager is responsible for supervising the risk management program as well as the comprehensive insurance of a particular organization, assessing along with identifying risks that could impede the safety, regulation, and security along with the financial success of that specific company. The job of a risk manager also comes among the high-demanding ones, hence getting into it is much more competitive. The average salary of a risk manager in India is INR 9.27 lakhs per annum.
