NEW DELHI (India CSR®): Recognising the importance of creating a more inclusive and supportive environment for children with special needs, ICCPL Foundation, under its flagship CSR initiative Rahat with ICCPL, contributed Rs 50,000 to UMEED Vocational Training Centre, under the aegis of the Air Force Families Welfare Association. The contribution was made in support of UMEED and its work with special and autistic children, alongside a visit by the Foundation team to the centre that brought together the team and children for meaningful interaction and moments of joy.
As part of the initiative, the ICCPL Foundation team spent time with the children at the centre, engaging with them and sharing moments of warmth and connection. The visit also provided an opportunity for the team to understand and appreciate the work being undertaken by UMEED in supporting children with special needs.
Adding a personal touch to the visit, the children presented handmade gifts to the ICCPL Foundation team. The engagement also included a birthday celebration for one of the children, creating a joyful moment of togetherness and making the visit memorable for everyone present.
The Rs 50,000 contribution reflects ICCPL Foundation’s commitment to extending tangible support to organisations working towards the well-being and development of special and autistic children. Alongside financial support, the Foundation continues to emphasise meaningful engagement and human connection as an integral part of its community initiatives.

ICCPL Foundation has been actively working for the past four years to support underprivileged and vulnerable sections of society through a wide range of community-focused initiatives. Under its flagship campaign, Rahat with ICCPL, the Foundation has undertaken several impactful programmes including educational support drives for underprivileged children, blanket distribution campaigns during winters, food and ration distribution drives, menstrual hygiene awareness initiatives, support programmes for acid attack survivors, clothing donation campaigns, visits to old age homes, community outreach activities, and special celebrations with children from underserved communities. Through these sustained efforts, ICCPL Foundation continues to promote dignity, inclusion, compassion, and social empowerment while creating meaningful and lasting impact across communities.
