Today, India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd (IYM) proudly celebrates the inauguration of a new school building at UPS Khodna Khurd, Block Bishrakh, GB Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, marking a significant milestone in Yamahaโs commitment to education and community development. As part of Yamaha’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), this initiative highlights the companyโs dedication to enhancing educational infrastructure and fostering a brighter future for our nation’s youth.
Dedication to Educational Infrastructure
The project, initiated in July 2023, saw five months of dedicated efforts culminating in the completion of the construction in December 2023. With a total expenditure of Rs. 47 lakhs, the company spared no effort in ensuring the school’s facilities are equipped to accommodate 100 children along with four teachers, providing them with a conducive environment for learning and growth.
Inauguration Ceremony: A Celebration of Hope
Today’s inauguration ceremony was led by the companyโs senior management – Mr. Atsushi Nagashima, Director and Mr. P S Ganeshan, Vice President. The event was further enriched by the attendance of school headmaster, teachers, and students along with their parents from the village, reflecting their hopeful anticipation for their children’s future.
