My journey has never been defined only by real estate. It has been defined by people, relationships, continuous learning, and the belief that every genuine opportunity can create a lasting impact.
I began my entrepreneurial journey from very modest beginnings, including selling SIM cards, long before building a structured presence in the real estate industry. Over more than two decades, that journey evolved into Mahesh Ventures, a professional real estate advisory and consultancy platform built around transparency, research, strategic relationships, and opportunity creation.
Today, Mahesh Ventures works across joint ventures, land advisory and acquisition, developer partnerships, investment advisory, pre-rented assets, commercial and residential real estate, warehousing, institutional opportunities, leasing, brand expansion and large-scale development facilitation. Our network extends across India and selected international markets, connecting landowners, developers, investors, corporates and institutions.
Over the years, I have developed relationships with a network of 250+ verified developers, serious investors, NRI investment partners, landowners and business groups. I have been involved in discussions and facilitation concerning on various big & premium land parcels and have assisted in creating connections for joint ventures, development partnerships and expansion opportunities for national brands.
But one of the achievements closest to my heart has been education. I strongly believe that knowledge becomes meaningful when it is shared. Through 500+ seminars, workshops and learning initiatives, I have had the opportunity to train and guide more than 10,000 people in real estate, empower 2,000+ aspiring entrepreneurs, and contribute to the growth journeys of 100+ real estate companies
Taking this mission further, I became closely involved in building structured real estate education. I have co-initiated and supported the development of an MBA-focused Real Estate education initiative in association with IREF Pune and Anjaneya University, Raipur, helping create a bridge between academic learning and practical real estate experience. For me, this is an important part of the legacy I want to build: creating not only transactions, but professionals, entrepreneurs and future leaders.
My professional journey has also allowed me to contribute to industry institutions. I have been associated with the Chhattisgarh Association of Realtors (CGAR) and serve as Chair – Education Committee, CGAR for 2026-27. My professional affiliations also include REALTOR® / NAR association, reflecting my commitment to professional standards and ethical real estate practices.
Beyond business, I am a certified Workplace Happiness Consultant, an area that reflects a philosophy I deeply believe in – businesses grow sustainably when their people grow with them. I currently also serve as Executive Vice President of YUVA-CAIT Chhattisgarh.
Recognition has followed the journey, including being a two-time TOBIP Top Businessman Award recipient, receiving the Yuva Samman Award 2025, and being featured among the Top 12 Entrepreneurs of the Year 2025. In February 2026, my entrepreneurial journey was also featured by The Times of India, highlighting the transition from humble beginnings to building a scalable, multidimensional real estate ecosystem.
Through initiatives including REAL X fractional/co-ownership partnerships, real estate community-building, strategic collaborations and education, my larger vision remains unchanged.
I do not want Mahesh Ventures to be remembered merely for the number of properties it sold or transactions it facilitated. I want it to represent a legacy of trust, knowledge, ethical growth and opportunity – an ecosystem where developers meet the right landowners, investors discover credible opportunities, entrepreneurs receive the right education, and relationships create value for generations.
