MUMBAI: OnEMI Technology Solutions Limited, the listed parent company of digital lending platform Kissht, announced its unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. Assets under management (AUM) grew 68% year on year to Rs 9,317 crore, and profit after tax (PAT) doubled to Rs 125 crore.

AUM also rose 16% over the previous quarter, driven by continued portfolio expansion. PAT was up 100% from a year ago and 32% from the previous quarter. Return on average AUM (RoAAUM) was 5.78% and return on average equity (RoAE) was 21.65%, both annualised, and diluted earnings per share rose 51% to Rs 7.1 from Rs 4.7 in the same quarter last year. Cumulative customers served crossed 12.80 million, up 22% year on year.

Ranvir Singh, Founder & CEO, Kissht, said, “Q2FY27 was a quarter of strong growth, healthy returns and continued execution against our strategic priorities. AUM grew 68% YoY to Rs 9,317 crore, with Return on Average AUM at 5.8%.

“Our priorities remain unchanged: to grow sustainably without compromising credit quality and to deliver consistent, profitable returns over the long term. Disciplined underwriting, robust collections practices and a scalable, technology-led platform continue to underpin our performance. As we scale, we remain focused on strengthening the quality of our loan book while building a resilient business positioned for sustainable growth.”

The portfolio remains weighted towards personal loans, which are unsecured and sourced entirely through digital channels. They stood at Rs 8,580 crore, or 92.1% of AUM. Loan against property, a secured product delivered through 107 branches across 9 states and union territories, stood at Rs 737 crore, or 7.9%, and the company expects it to keep scaling through the remaining quarters of FY27 and beyond. Origination is partnership-led. Off-book AUM of Rs 5,118 crore, or 54.9% of the total, sits across 8+ partners under the off-book model, reflecting a capital-light approach, and the company works with 45+ active lending and co-lending partners.

Asset quality improved over the year and the quarter. Gross NPA (Stage 3) stood at 2.18%, better by 75 bps year on year and 7 bps quarter on quarter. Net NPA was 0.34%, down 2 bps from the previous quarter and well below 50 bps, reflecting prudent provisioning. Stage 3 provision coverage was 84.55%, and ECL coverage on Stage 2 assets rose to 77.6% from 59.6% a year earlier. Collection efficiency (DPD 30) was 97.12%.

The balance sheet strengthened further. Net worth grew 103% year on year to Rs 2,377 crore, more than four times its level in March 2023, supported by retained earnings, organic profitability and the Initial Public Offering in May 2026. Capital adequacy (CRAR) stood at 34.8%, with Tier-1 at 33.7%, the debt-to-equity ratio at 0.94x and diluted book value per share at Rs 130.7 as of September 2026. CRISIL and India Ratings assign the company A-/Stable, while Acuite Ratings assigns A/Stable after upgrading it from A-/Stable during the quarter. After quarter-end, the company raised Rs 832.2 crore through a preferential issue, with in-principle approval from BSE and NSE received on October 19, 2026.

Looking ahead to FY27, the company expects AUM growth of 60%+ and a decline of 15%+ year on year in credit cost. It continues to guide for gross NPA below 2.25% and expects RoAE of 20%+.
