Teams of 8–10 employees compete across four categories — Men’s Doubles, Mixed Doubles, Split-Age Doubles (35+), and Gender-Neutral Doubles, through a double round-robin league stage, knockouts, and a final, deliberately mixing seniority levels and departments on the same roster. Pricing stays simple for HR budgets to plan around, every team costs a flat ₹1,00,000 a quarter, no bulk discounts and no fine print, with the one exception being a 10% discount for a single team that commits to all four seasons upfront.
Beyond the roster, Courtly runs an on-site office activation clinic that brings the programme to the full workforce, not just the players on a team sheet, so the wellbeing benefit reaches employees who never pick up a paddle competitively. Every match is professionally officiated and captured by a dedicated photography and videography team, and results feed a live corporate ranking system on Courtly’s platform, tracked across every city, giving teams something to build camaraderie around all year.
