India’s commercial electric mobility ecosystem is expanding across school transport, logistics, intercity travel, and heavy-duty freight. As a result, EV collaborations in India are becoming important for bringing vehicles, financing, leasing, and fleet operations together.

DRIVN has been building partnerships across these segments through leasing and financing-led models. Its recent collaborations cover electric buses, intercity coaches, and heavy-duty electric trucks. These partnerships also show how specialised fleet solutions can support businesses looking to introduce electric vehicles without depending entirely on direct vehicle ownership.

DRIVN’s EV Partnerships in India in 2026

DRIVN’s latest partnerships reflect its focus on expanding commercial electric mobility across different use cases. Here is a closer look at four notable collaborations.

1. JULEH Mobility

DRIVN’s collaboration with Juleh Mobility is among its key EV partnerships in India, covering the lease of 50 electric buses for school and corporate transportation.

The first eight buses are being deployed for Vasant Valley School in Delhi and are manufactured by Eicher Trucks and Buses. Juleh Mobility is building an electric mobility platform for school and corporate transportation, while DRIVN supports the expansion through leasing solutions. The partnership is expected to scale to the full fleet of 50 buses.

2. AVG Logistics

Up to 100 electric trucks form the basis of the leasing partnership between DRIVN and AVG Logistics Limited. The collaboration began with 30 trucks under a long-term logistics contract, giving the vehicles a defined commercial application from the outset.

As one of DRIVN’s recent EV partnerships, the agreement strengthens its presence in heavy-duty electric truck leasing. AVG Logistics operates across multiple sectors and geographies and is introducing electric trucks into its road transportation operations. The partnership shows how long-term leasing can support logistics companies integrating EVs into commercial fleets.

3. FLYTTA GREEN and IPLTech Electric

A three-way collaboration brings together DRIVN, FLYTTA GREEN, and IPLTech Electric, part of the Murugappa Group. The partnership began with 15 Montra Electric Rhino trucks, with further deployments planned.

Each company contributes a different capability to the arrangement. IPLTech provides electric vehicle technology, FLYTTA GREEN brings fleet operations and logistics expertise, while DRIVN provides financing and leasing support. This makes the partnership one of the major EV collaborations in India where vehicle technology, operations, and financial solutions come together.

The collaboration also expands DRIVN’s involvement in electric freight by supporting a structured model for commercial truck deployment.

4. Prasanna Purple

Long-distance passenger mobility forms another part of DRIVN’s expanding commercial EV portfolio. Its partnership with Prasanna Purple Mobility Solutions Pvt. Ltd. focuses on deploying the first 100 electric intercity coaches.

Intercity operations have different requirements from shorter urban routes because vehicles travel longer distances and work around fixed passenger schedules. Charging, utilisation, and route planning therefore become important parts of fleet operations.

Among the notable EV partnerships in India 2026, this collaboration takes DRIVN further into scheduled intercity transportation. It also broadens the company’s presence across passenger mobility alongside its existing involvement in electric freight and school transportation.

To Conclude

DRIVN’s latest collaborations highlight the expanding role of partnerships within commercial electric mobility. Its recent activity covers school transportation, intercity passenger travel, logistics, and heavy-duty freight.

Partnerships with JULEH Mobility, AVG Logistics, FLYTTA GREEN, IPLTech Electric, and Prasanna Purple demonstrate how DRIVN is working across several commercial EV segments. As commercial electrification develops, collaboration between manufacturers, fleet operators, leasing providers, and mobility businesses can help bring different capabilities together.
