The only thing we know about life for sure is uncertainty. You never know what will happen in the next moment. Life can catch you off-guard if you are not well prepared for the roller-coaster. An Emergency situation can lead to financial hardships and force you to seek help from your family and friends for financial assistance. To deal with any such kind of emergency, you can avail a personal loan.

Getting a loan will ensure that you get funds just when you need them. Moreover, the interest rates on personal loans are typically lower than credit cards, and most personal loans are unsecured, meaning they don’t require collateral for security. Unlike other loans available in the market, personal loans aren’t set aside for a specific purpose; you can use the loan amount for almost any reason.

Where To Get a Personal Loan?

There are numerous lenders that offer loans. But first, you need to find the loan that best fits your situation. If you choose to go for a local bank or credit union, you need to start comparing all other options. Once you have an idea of what is offered locally, check out other lenders online. Both traditional online lenders and peer-to-peer lending websites offer a variety of loan products that may fit your loan requirements. After you have explored your options, compare loan offerings to find the one that works in favour of your situation. Let’s have a look at some of the ways you can use an instant personal loan to assist you in covering unexpected expenses. You can also download a number of personal loan app from the Play Store.

No Security Or Collateral Required

A personal loan is classified as an unsecured loan, which means you do not require guarantors or need to pledge collaterals. Individuals with a good credit history are eligible for a loan to finance their medical expenses without having to offer any assets as collateral. Such flexibility in availing of a loan is a strong reason to opt for loans for your emergency financing. Moreover, your credit rating and creditworthiness determine your eligibility for a loan without collateral. It helps if you have a good relationship with the bank and have a disciplined repayment history and high creditworthiness. All of this will most likely help you in availing a loan on favourable terms.

Loan Interest Rate

Most loan providers in India offer loans on a fixed interest rate basis. Irrespective of the tenure you choose, the rate of interest on the loan remains the same, which means you need not worry about the fluctuations in the interest due to changing market conditions.

No Restrictions On Fund Usage

A personal loan is different from the other loans that are used for specific purposes. When you take a personal loan you are not required to provide a purpose or a reason to acquire a loan. The loan amount can be used for almost anything. The lenders generally don’t have any restrictions on the end usage of the funds, unless the loan amount is used to carry out any illegal purchases or activities. The funds can be used to finance travel expenses, or a wedding, purchase business machinery or expensive furniture for your home.

Quick Disbursal Of Loan Amount

You can check your loan eligibility online. If you satisfy the loaneligibility criteria, you can begin your loan application process by filling an online form and providing the required documents. On verification of the documents, your loan application is approved, and the amount is credited in your bank account. Since the entire process is carried out online, it saves a lot of time.

No Inflating Costs

While taking a loan to manage an emergency situation, make sure to check if there are any hidden costs that might come with the loan. Many lenders will assure you of no additional fees, but you must read the fine print of your loan agreement before you sign it. Signing up any agreement will conclude you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned in the document. Hence you need to be aware of what exactly you are agreeing to. It is also advisable to check the processing fees and insurance charges while applying for an instant personal loan.

Flexible Tenure And Easy Repayment Facility

When getting a loan you look for options that provide you easy repayment processes. Flexible repayment tenures lower the stress of repaying the loan amount. With complete flexibility and control of your principal amount, you also have the option to make part-payments. The amount that is to be paid each month will depend on the loan amount and the tenure of the loan. If you need more time, you can opt for a longer loan tenure of up to five years. In the case of large loan amounts with long tenures, the interest component will be the greater portion of the EMI, which will eventually reduce leading up to the end of the loan tenure.
