Future Minds will reach Classes 8–12 across 30 states through a year-long digital entrepreneurship curriculum.
NEW DELHI (India CSR): MediaTek has partnered with ThinkStartup to provide digital entrepreneurship education to 6,000 underserved students across 30 states through its Future Minds CSR initiative.
Announced at India Mobile Congress 2026, the programme will serve Classes 8 to 12 and be delivered with ThinkStartup and the Management & Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills Council (MEPSC). It will reach schools, including Eklavya Model Residential Schools, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas and PM Shri Schools.
Students will learn ideation, business fundamentals and finance, supported by masterclasses led by IIT alumni founders, a guided TS Idea Lab and monthly pitch days. The format seeks to move learners beyond awareness of entrepreneurship towards developing, testing and presenting their own ideas.
The programme will culminate in May 2027 with a national showcase of student-led ventures, coinciding with MediaTek’s 30th global anniversary. MediaTek India Managing Director Anku Jain said Future Minds would give students “the tools to turn their own ideas into ventures.”
ThinkStartup Co-founder Sanjeeva Shivesh said entrepreneurship is an essential life skill and that teenagers would receive guidance to learn, build and pitch ideas. The initiative aims to expand access to innovation and business learning for young people who may otherwise lack such exposure.
