More than 180 internal faculties, comprising of Department Heads across various functions in HZL, and 25 external faculties conducted lectures on over 90 subjects for these GET’s.

The GET’s also participated in activities like yoga, sports, blood donation drive, etc. to ensure a holistic approach during their induction process.

Duggal stressed on the fact of how safety is a core value at HZL, and asked everyone to propagate this value. He urged the GET’s to not only follow high standards of safety, but to also be a Safety Ambassador of the company and to society and community.
