Many of you will know that there are many gaming companies located in the US. But there are many companies of this kind located in Europe as well. Before you proceed and try to deduce the obvious, you need to know all about the best brands from the old continent. Let’s just say that there are a lot of great names here.

It is common practice that game studios usually start with smaller games such as arcades, casual games, or online slot games for EU players. However, the giants listed below never had anything to do with the gambling games. Instead, they produce complicated, high-budget games that players all around the world enjoy. Let’s have a closer look at some of the biggest studios out there.

Ninja Theory

We obviously must say something about Ninja Theory. This is another company that is located in Cambridge in the United Kingdom and one that has been more than just popular. Their games include Enslaved: Odyssey to the West, Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice, and DmC: Devil May Cry. Of course, there are a lot of games this brand developed, but these are the most popular and the most appealing to a lot of players.

An interesting fact is that the company has a small budget for developing games in contrast to developers at today’s worldwide online casinos, but it has an impressive AAA business model. This allows it to make games using as little money as possible and still make a profit. If you compare this against the games it has already developed, you will see the appeal. Their games have been known for getting all kinds of rewards as well and for being some of the most intuitive creations in the world.

Ubisoft

All we can say about this company is that they have been one of the leaders if not the main leader in the industry and one of the companies that make gaming so much better. The name of the company is Ubisoft and it has been known for impressive perks and superb attention to detail. Their games include Assassins Creed, Rainbow Six, Far Cry, and many more. This is an old brand. It was founded back in 1986 and the founders are 5 brothers from France.

Ubisoft is one of the most popular gaming companies of this kind in the world, not only in France. They have over 50 subsidiaries and probably new ones will be acquired soon. Some of the most important elements of this company include the addition and development of new and interesting technologies and features. For instance, players can see the latest multimedia platforms, new graphics engines and so much more. All of these are some of the most advanced d systems used in games.

Wargaming

Wargaming is another popular and well-known game developer. The company is known for World of Tanks, World of Warships, and World of Warplanes. The brand has been with us since 1998, when it was founded in Minsk. Today, they have offices all around the world, and there are 20 different studios in general.

The company is known for countless rewards. As you saw, its games are more than popular. Although based online, players can enjoy them on countless platforms and enjoy superb attention to detail.

Gameloft

You need to know that Gameloft was created by Michel Guillemot and it is located in Paris, France. Of course, the company is massive and we can see that they have 19 studios located all over the world. Keep in mind that they are primarily but not completely focused on mobile games. We can add that they are one of the most successful brands of this kind.

One of the most impressive things about the brand occurred in 2009. Their games were downloaded over 2 million times on the App Store. An interesting fact is that the downloads on Google Play were much smaller. This also meant that the brand stopped selling the creations on the Android store.

Gameloft has been part of Vivendi since 2016. The company was almost completely redesigned, and massive changes occurred to the management and staff. Keep in mind that Vivendi is a media conglomerate from France.

Jagex

Jagex has developed and owns the MMO RPG games we all like and play. These games are also completely free to play, and they are Old School Runescape and Runescape. As you see, these are very popular games. They have over 2 million daily players, and the numbers have been growing for a long period. We believe they will continue to grow as long as possible.

The company is also known for changing owners regularly. In the past, this brand was owned by US companies, Chinese investors, and many others. At the moment, it is owned by Carlyle Group, one of the biggest investor groups in the United States. It is important to add that Jagex is located in the United Kingdom, in Cambridge.

The Final Word

These companies have been shaping the world of gaming, and they have made it so much better. All we can add is that these brands are some of the biggest, best, and most appealing you can find in this realm, and some are just impressive. If you want to play their games, you should. Try all of them and find the ones that best match your desires and goals.
