A good company delivers excellent products and services, and a great company does all that and strives to make the world a better place. – William Ford Jr., Chairman, Ford Motor Co.

Written by Abhishek Porwal, CTO & President, DreamOrbit

DreamOrbit believes that a company’s culture based on core values not only helps the business, but also defines the role that should be played in society. DreamOrbit has developed a thoughtful, comprehensive approach to corporate citizenship that we believe aligns with our values and maximizes the impact we can make as a global enterprise. We focus on specific societal issues that include environment conservation, community economic development, education, health and literacy.

AbhishekDreamOrbit has partnered with World Vision for their Child Sponsorship program.

World Vision is a humanitarian organization working to create lasting change in the lives of children, families and communities living in poverty and injustice. World Vision serves all people regardless of religion, caste, race, ethnicity or gender. Spread across 174 districts in India, World Vision works through long-term sustainable community development programs and immediate disaster relief assistance.

Focus on Children: World Vision development endeavors are focused on building the capacity and ability of communities, families to ensure the wellbeing of our children. The wellbeing of children defined but not limited to ensuring access to education, health, protection and participation. Child Sponsorship is designed as a long-term commitment to provide all these fundamentals such that its effects are sustainable and long lasting!

We started with the sponsorship of three children in 2010, and today we have grown this to 105 children where the child is provided with food, clothing, shelter and education. We have taken upon to sponsor a child for every employee. We strive to sponsor many more children as we grow!

“We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give.”- Winston Churchill.

DreamOrbit had started its partnership with World Vision India in the year 2010 by sponsoring 3 children. It gives us immense pleasure to announce that today the strength of 3 has reached 105. Dreamorbit wishes to continue this beautiful alliance with World Vision and hopes to cater to the needs of more and more fellow human beings.
