BILASPUR (Chhattisgarh): Dedicated to health issues and improvement of public health, a Moble Medicare Unit was flagged off by Chairman Cum Managing Director of (CMD) of National Thermal Power Ltd (NTPC) Arup Roy Choudhury at Patanjali Hospital of NTPC, Sipat based near Bilaspur city.
The Medicare Unit Service would be managed by Patanjali Hospital in association with NTPC Foundation, New Delhi.
It will be fully devoted for door to door service to the poor and needy people of the locality as well as project affected villeges of the area.
During a day long visit to Sipat Super Thermal Power Project, Roy Choudhary, along with Direcot (Projects) BP Singh and Director (Operations) NN Mishra gave emphasize on the room, turbine generator hall, boiler area of unit-1 and unit-2, as well as the 756 KV switch yard area.
Apart from this Roy Choudhary addressed a review with the employees and envineers of the companies engaged on plant erection and maintenace work and gave his valuable suggestions on the plant progress.
He inagurated the newly-constructed central store and simulator building and also met the representative of unions ans associations working in the NTPC Sipat.
On the Ocassion Executive Director (Human Resources) Saptarshi Roy, Executive Director (Engineering) Sharad Aand, Executive Director (Central Contracts and Materials) RS Gahlot and other senior executives were present.
