National summit will explore how technology, capital and partnerships can scale responsible social innovation

NEW DELHI (India CSR): India CSR, a leading media and knowledge platform focused on Corporate Social Responsibility, sustainability and ESG, has announced the 19th CSR Leadership Summit 2026. The national summit will be held on October 16, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Multipurpose Hall, India International Centre, New Delhi.

Organised around the theme “CSR Enabling Innovation,” the summit will examine how ideas, technology, capital and cross-sector partnerships can work together to scale social impact across India. The event is expected to bring together more than 500 participants representing over 300 organisations. More than 20 powerful speakers will contribute to keynote presentations, leadership discussions, corporate case studies, thematic sessions and innovation showcases.

Building an innovation-driven CSR ecosystem

The summit aims to position CSR as a strategic enabler of innovation that accelerates inclusive, sustainable and measurable development. It will provide a collaborative platform for businesses, government institutions, civil society organisations, academic institutions, social enterprises and development professionals. Discussions will focus on how CSR funding and partnerships can support innovative ideas throughout their development journey—from early experimentation and testing to successful implementation and large-scale adoption.

Innovation in CSR can improve programme efficiency, expand geographical reach, reduce implementation costs and create deeper community impact. The summit will particularly encourage solutions that are responsible, inclusive, affordable and responsive to the needs of vulnerable and underserved communities.

“India needs a CSR ecosystem that not only funds established programmes but also encourages new ideas, responsible experimentation and scalable solutions,” said Rusen Kumar, Founder, India CSR. “The 19th CSR Leadership Summit will bring innovators, businesses, NGOs, institutions and development leaders together to transform promising ideas into measurable social impact.”, he added.

Leadership sessions and innovation showcases

The programme will begin with registration and networking, followed by the inaugural session on “CSR Enabling Innovation.” A leadership session will explore what innovation means for CSR and why it matters for achieving effective and lasting development outcomes. Corporate foundations will present scalable innovations addressing key social and environmental challenges during the Corporate CSR Innovation Showcase. A separate NGO Innovation Showcase will provide civil society organisations, philanthropic institutions and social enterprises with an opportunity to present proven, community-focused solutions.

The summit will conclude with the India CSR Awards. These recognitions will honour companies, NGOs, foundations, social enterprises and development leaders demonstrating innovation, scalability and high impact.

Participants will include CSR and sustainability leaders, public sector enterprises, government departments, foundations, impact investors, financial institutions, universities, incubators, technology innovators, consultants, researchers and community-based organisations.

The delegate participation fee is Rs. 5,000 per person, inclusive of GST. It includes access to all sessions, the delegate kit, refreshments, lunch and networking opportunities. Partnership, sponsorship, exhibition, innovation showcase and speaking opportunities are also available for interested organisations.

Join the conversation. Showcase innovation. Build partnerships. Scale social impact.
