A Vision Aligned with National Aspirations

Netweb Technologies has consistently positioned itself as more than a technology firm—it is a social stakeholder. Its CSR theme, “Innovative. Intelligent. Indian.,” mirrors the government’s call for self-reliance and inclusive growth. By intertwining its corporate vision with “Viksit Bharat @ 2047,” the company ensures that technological progress contributes directly to community empowerment.

The FY2025 CSR theme, “Effecting Positive Changes,” served as a guiding principle to invest in areas of education, health, livelihoods, and environment. This year, Netweb’s total CSR obligation stood at Rs 1,29,86,272 (1.29 crore), calculated as 2% of its average net profit from the preceding three years. Of this, Rs 1,28,85,000 (1.28 crore) was successfully deployed into projects, with the small unspent balance of Rs 1,01,272 (1.01 lakh) transferred to the PM Cares Fund.

Education: The Core of Transformation

Education remained the largest beneficiary of Netweb’s CSR focus, with a remarkable Rs 1,00,90,000 invested in programs designed to uplift marginalized communities.

  • Project Badlaav (Choti Si Asha): With Rs 5,00,000, this project mentored underprivileged youth through academic support, life-skills sessions, and access to over 100 new books.
  • coVeda Aha! (Chandigarh): Another Rs 5,00,000 supported holistic learning for children from disadvantaged families, enabling workshops, facilitators, and learning resources.
  • Summer School Programme in Science & Mathematics (SPSTI, Haryana): Netweb sponsored Rs 8,60,000 for 90 students from Grades 9–12. The initiative improved their performance in STEM subjects by nearly 40%.
  • Partnerships with leading NGOs and educational societies: Collectively, Rs 80,75,000 was directed toward digital literacy, advanced computing access, vocational training, and preservation of traditional knowledge. Organizations like Sankhaya Educational Society, Sanskriti Society for Education, IIT-linked initiatives, and Jivan Jyot Foundation were major partners.

By ensuring that 100% of beneficiaries were from vulnerable groups, Netweb reaffirmed its role in driving equitable opportunities.

Health and Well-being: Prioritizing Lives

Netweb invested Rs 15,00,000 in community health programs during FY2025.

  • Bharat Vikas Parishad received Rs 5,00,000 to run a charitable hospital delivering affordable healthcare.
  • Tata Medical Centre Trust was supported with Rs 10,00,000 to expand concessional treatment for underprivileged patients.

The company’s approach to health reflects its belief that innovation must serve humanity—not just markets.

Sustainable Livelihoods: Driving Rural Prosperity

Economic empowerment is another cornerstone of Netweb’s CSR work. In FY2025, the company contributed Rs 5,00,000 to the National Council for Climate Change, Sustainable Development and Public Leadership (NCCSD) in Gujarat. This initiative trained 2,760 women farmers in agri-entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and climate-smart practices. Drone-based agriculture and climate-resilient crops helped improve productivity while fostering eco-friendly farming.

In an unusual but inspiring initiative, Netweb also sponsored mountaineer Anmish Varma with Rs 8,00,000. He set a new world record for the fastest ascent of the Volcanic Seven Summits, symbolizing the company’s ethos of breaking barriers and supporting extraordinary human endeavors.

Environmental Stewardship: A Responsible Footprint

Netweb’s CSR is not limited to people—it extends to the planet. The company has set ambitious sustainability targets, including sourcing 5% of its total energy from renewables by 2027 and recycling 50% of solid waste by 2030.

In FY2025, Netweb’s environmental highlights included:

  • 7,575.74 GJ of total non-renewable energy consumption.
  • 6,315.44 kilolitres of water usage.
  • 1,251.63 metric tonnes of CO2e emissions under Scope 1 and Scope 2.
  • 98.569 metric tonnes of waste generated—and 100% recovered through recycling and reuse, thanks to collaborations with certified recyclers like 3R Recycler.

Additionally, Netweb established 40+ e-waste collection points nationwide under its Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) plan, ensuring compliance with RoHS standards. Continuous monitoring of air quality confirmed that emissions remained within regulatory limits.

Governance and Transparency: Building Trust

Netweb has embedded Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles at the core of its operations. In FY2025, it created an internal ESG Committee comprising senior leadership, including its Whole-Time Director, CFO, HR Head, Legal Head, and Company Secretary.

The committee ensures transparent reporting and alignment with SEBI’s ESG and BRSR guidelines. Policies covering gender equality, whistleblower protection, sexual harassment prevention, and equal opportunity are publicly available, underscoring accountability to all stakeholders.

You Learn: A Future of Impact

Netweb Technologies envisions sustaining a 35–40% revenue CAGR while expanding globally in AI-native, energy-efficient platforms. Its CSR and ESG commitments will remain integral to this growth, bridging India’s digital aspirations with grassroots needs.

By weaving together education, healthcare, livelihood, and environment, Netweb has crafted a CSR model that mirrors its technological excellence—innovative, inclusive, and future-focused.

As India accelerates toward becoming a global AI and digital hub, Netweb’s dual focus on cutting-edge computing and community development stands as a blueprint for corporate India. The company has shown that while technology builds capacity, responsibility builds trust.
