The first city rollout at PES University will engage 600 Bengaluru students before expanding to six more cities.
BENGALURU (India CSR): Youth4Impact, a national youth leadership programme supported by Reliance Foundation and Reliance Consumer Products Limited (RCPL), began in Bengaluru on September 23 with 600 students expected to participate as part of an initiative designed to reach more than 3,600 college students across seven cities.
Announced by Jagriti Yatra and AIESEC in India at PES University, the programme is open to students aged 18 years and above. It combines leadership development, expert-led learning and structured community volunteering.
Learning Beyond Campus
The programme is intended to take students beyond familiar settings and help them engage with communities and perspectives different from their own. It aims to build empathy, collaboration, responsibility and a grounded understanding of social challenges that may shape participants’ future roles as professionals, entrepreneurs, educators, public servants, business leaders and institution-builders.
Within the wider Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and youth-development space, Youth4Impact links learning with community participation rather than classroom instruction alone.
Four Areas Of Engagement
Participants will receive learning and volunteering exposure in education, career readiness, environment action and special-care communities. The organisers said the format is designed to give young people meaningful engagement opportunities without placing the responsibility of solving complex challenges on them.

Applications Across Seven Cities
Applications are open to eligible students in Bengaluru, Pune, Kolkata, Surat, Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam and Delhi. Participants completing the programme will also have access to internship opportunities.

Following Bengaluru, the programme will be rolled out in the remaining six cities. Twenty participants demonstrating outstanding leadership will join Jagriti Yatra 2026, gaining exposure to leaders, institutions and ideas from across India.
Jagriti Yatra is a flagship programme of Jagriti Sewa Sansthan, a not-for-profit organisation focused on entrepreneurship and enterprise-led development. AIESEC in India is a youth leadership development organisation that uses cross-cultural experiences to develop leadership potential.
Jagriti Yatra Opportunity
Twenty participants demonstrating outstanding leadership will join Jagriti Yatra 2026 for further experiential learning and exposure to leaders, institutions and ideas from across India.
The initiative is implemented by Jagriti Yatra and AIESEC in India, with support from Reliance Foundation and RCPL. It seeks to nurture young leaders informed by experience and better prepared to contribute to their communities and India’s future.
