LANJIGARH: Sesa Sterlite under its HSE department observes the closing ceremony of 43rd National Safety week in the Plant with lots of awareness camps, Street play and Competitions.
In the closing ceremony Mr Swadhin Behera-Additional Director Factories & Broiler (Bhawanipatna) has joined in the presence of other dignitaries like Dr Mukesh Kumar-COO & President (SSL),Bimalananda senapati-Head Operation, Jalaj Malpani-CFO,V Prem Kumar- Head Commercial, Koustav Ratan Kundu-Head HR .In the 7 days long run, company has arranged several quiz, Slogan,Essay writing and awareness Programs among the workers of Partner Companies.
Addressing to the audience,Mr Swadhin Behera says” Sesa Sterlite has followed tremendous safety measures in the site and praised the team for getting national Green tech Safety Awrd. He emphasized on creating a safety surrounding among the individuals which can give more satisfaction from house to work place.
In adding to the safety precautions Dr Mukesh Kumar says” We have to follow three major points in the work places such as A,B,C i,e A for Attitude, Behavior ,C-Culture which can make our life so easy and we can build a Zero harm work place. Also he traced on following Occupational health practices for creating better Society.
Mr Rabinarayan Mishra, Head HSE has organized the total program and closed the program with a theme of safety work Practices can minimize the stress in the work place.Others presented in the program are Soumya Ranjan Nayak, Jharana Pradhan, Khetrabasi, Satya Sahoo, Hari Majhi,Nipun Nanda etc.The partner companies Participated in the function are Wartsile,Precission, Metso, OSL, Sidhartha Construction, Chennai Radha etc. At last the vote of thanks has been given to the guests by Rabi Mishra and all the succeeded Participants has been awarded.
