Saibal Baroi born on (20th December 1971) is a Social Development Professional with Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development from Xavier Institute of Social Service Ranchi.
He is a very enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible and hard-working person. An impact oriented and results driven professional with 22 years’ experience and has mainly worked with leading agencies like CWD, CRY and CARE.
He has been proficient in leading national programmes; designed and managed country wide initiatives with expertise in working with government, alliances of civil society, community and donors; successful in designing programmes for marginalized social groups.
He has been actively engaged in Influencing corporates, public policies and strengthening civil society engagement for sustainable socio-economic development around education, health, child rights, gender, nutrition and livelihood in India; with strong niche in leadership, networking, team building and presentations for working within multi-stakeholder environment.
His objective is “To be part of an ecosystem that enables me to implement projects/policies to the last mile”.
