ReNew Energy Global Plc (“ReNew”) and clean energy provider Gentari have executed key terms to form a 50:50 joint venture focused on clean energy solutions in India.
The collaboration aims to explore investments in solar, wind, and energy storage to achieve a total of 5 GW in renewable energy capacity.
The partnership allows both companies to advance their decarbonisation goals, with Gentari working towards expanding its renewable energy portfolio to reach 30 GW by 2030, and ReNew targeting its net-zero objective by 2040.
