GURUGRAM: Policybazaar has concluded the sixth season of Jeeto Apna Ghar (JAG) for its Sales teams and the second season for its Services teams, reinforcing its commitment to recognising excellence across the entire customer journey, from helping customers choose the right insurance policy to supporting them through claims and post-purchase service.
What began six years ago as a flagship recognition programme for Sales advisors has evolved into one of Policybazaar’s largest employee reward initiatives. Following the expansion of Jeeto Apna Ghar initiative to the Services teams last year, the programme continues to celebrate employees who have consistently delivered exceptional customer outcomes.
Since its inception, the JAG initiative has rewarded employees with 51 houses, 34 cars, and performance-linked cash incentives worth over Rs 50 crore. This season alone, 10 employees won homes, 10 employees drove away with cars, and top performers were recognised with significant performance-linked cash rewards. The rewards under Jeeto Apna Ghar are in addition to the regular monthly incentives and performance bonuses earned by employees.
The inclusion of Services teams reflects Policybazaar’s belief that customer experience extends well beyond policy purchase. By recognising employees across claims assistance, customer service, and support functions with the same life-changing rewards traditionally associated with sales performance, the company continues to strengthen a culture that celebrates customer-centricity at every stage. The initiative is among the few employee recognition programmes in the industry to reward both frontline sales and service excellence at this scale.

One of the standout highlights this season was the strong representation from Policybazaar’s regional offices, which produced more house and car winners than ever before. The milestone reflects the company’s growing talent pool and high-performing teams across its nationwide operations.
The celebrations culminated in a gala evening attended by employees, their families and senior leadership. Winners were announced through the signature ‘Spin the Wheel’ ceremony, adding an element of anticipation to the event. As senior leaders unveiled the winning ticket numbers, celebrations erupted across the room, with every house and car winner receiving a standing ovation from colleagues, managers and family members.
Ayush Agarwal, one of this season’s house winners, said, “This win doesn’t feel like mine alone. It belongs to my entire team, the people who pushed me on the days I wanted to give up.
