Renowned Communication Veteran to Lead Prestigious Awards
NEW DELHI (India CSR): Pavan Kaushik, an eminent storyteller, author, and co-founder of Gurukshetra Consultancy, has been appointed as the Jury Chair for the National House Journal Awards 2024. The awards aim to honor excellence in internal communication through innovative and informative house journals.
In a significant development for the corporate communication sector, the India CSR Network, in collaboration with Gurukshetra Consultancy, is set to organize the National House Journal Awards 2024. This event, a first of its kind, will recognize the efforts of corporate communication and PR teams in both government and corporate sectors. Leading the jury will be Pavan Kaushik, a veteran in the field with over 35 years of experience.

Pavan Kaushik is a renowned storyteller, author, and co-founder of Gurukshetra Consultancy. He serves as an independent consultant to Gerson Lehrman Group, Inc. (GLG), Insight Alpha, Atheneum, and the International Zinc Association in his areas of expertise. With over 35 years of professional experience spanning the government and corporate sectors, Pavan has established himself as a nationally and globally recognized communication and PR professional.
His career includes significant roles in the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Vedanta Group, Hindustan Zinc, and DS Group. Pavan is an expert in infrastructure development, metals and mining, real estate, and CSR portfolios. His strength lies in aligning CSR with business objectives, stakeholder engagement, and leadership positioning.

Pavan Kaushik has curated and produced more than 100 house journals, annual reports, sustainability reports, and financial reports throughout his illustrious career. For his strategic communication skills, he has received numerous national and international accolades, including the “India CSR Person of the Year – 2018.”
