The Trust is actively involved in providing help and support to the poor and the weaker sections of the society irrespective of caste, creed or religion, with a special focus on education.
The Nehru Sidhant Kender Trust also supports academically brilliant students from financially weak backgrounds through the Nehru Scholarship and the Mittal-Panday Scholarship (Girls). Currently over 800 students are benefiting from both the scholarships.
