NEW DELHI (India CSR): In a remarkable demonstration of corporate social responsibility (CSR), LTIMindtree Limited has announced its CSR spending for the fiscal year 2024-25, totaling Rs 92.8 crores. This amount, which meets the statutory requirement under Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, has been strategically allocated across various initiatives aimed at education, health, environment, and community development. Youth empowerment is a key focus, with 2,628 individuals trained in 2024-25, securing employment with salaries ranging from INR 1.44 LPA to INR 2.40 LPA, and an average salary of INR 1.56 LPA. Infrastructure development, including 168,050 kW of solar electricity and 132 sanitation blocks, has further enhanced community well-being.
