NEW DELHI: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is organizing the first ” ICSI Corporate Governance Week” from 8 to 12 August 2011, during which programme on Corporate Governance, Sustainability, Ethics and Integrity, Carbon foot-prints, Good Corporate Citizenship and “Go Green” initiatives will be organized at all ICSI Centres across the country.
The theme of this Corporate Governance Conclave is “Integrating Sustainability into Corporate DNA” is scheduled on August 12, 2011 . Venue of the conclave is Sovereign 1, Le Meridien, Windsor Place, New Delhi.
Dr. M. Veerappa Moily, Union Minister of Corporate Affairs, Govt of India is the Chief Guest. Smt. Sheila Dikshit, Chief Minister of Delhi will address the conclave as Key Note speaker.
Mr Arun Maira, Member, Planing Commission; Mr. D.K. Mittal, Secretary, Department of Finance Services, Ministry of Finance and Dr. J.J. Irani, Former Director, TATA Sons Limited are special invitees in the function. Conclave is supported by National Foundation for Corporate Governance (NFCG).
