This June, the shores of Goa welcome a dazzling collision of cultures as Miss Tess, Dubai’s legendary Asian street food destination, takes over the kitchen at C2C Goa for a limited-time residency.
Miss Tess is known for its high energy “Asian Circus” vibe; serving bold flavours from across Asia, wrapped in an immersive dinning and playful entertainment. While C2C offers global coastal cuisine with a strong sense of place and sea-facing serenity. This takeover becomes a meeting point of two worlds: the calm of the coast and the chaos of the street.
The event begins on 12ᵗʰ June, for lunch and dinner at C2C, Taj Cidade de Goa, promising an immersive and unforgettable celebration of Asia’s finest flavours.
Chef Janhvi Kurlekar and Chef Bikash Biswakarma from Taj Dubai, bring a wealth of expertise and global culinary experience to this exclusive kitchen takeover at C2C. The duo is known for their refined techniques, innovative approach, and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. While Chef Janhvi is renowned for her artistry in sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and robatayaki, Chef Bikash brings over 2 decades of leadership and mastery in Asian cuisine.
Together they have curated an exquisite selection of signature dishes for guests to indulge into this vibrant culinary journey across Asia. Showcasing a pleasant blend of Japanese, Chinese, and Thai flavours, the menu begins with appetizers such as Steamed Corn and Spinach Wonton in Sichuan Chili Garlic Oil, followed by Australian Lamb Chops and Myoga from the Robata grill. Seafood fusion features Spicy Tuna Maki and California Maki with Crab Meat. For main course, Mapo Beancurd Sichuan Style, fragrant Thai Chicken Curry, awaits the guests, before concluding with desserts like Warm Chocolate Fondant, Banana Caramel Gelato and Lychee Sago; creating an immersive celebration of Asia’s finest flavours.
