The West Bengal Sustainable Businesses Council of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI) in active collaboration with the Sustainable Advancements (OPC) Private Limited and Public Relations Society of India (PRSI), conducted their debut programme in the form of an informative webinar on ‘CSR funds Utilisation post Covid-19’ on Saturday August 22, 2020.

Dr. Nayan Mitra, President WICCI West Bengal Sustainable Businesses Council and Founder-Director Sustainable Advancements moderated this session with eminent panelists Dr. Tanuja Sharma, Dr. Sumona Ghosh and Priya Sengupta who beautifully captured the various aspects of why CSR is indeed the need of the hour apart from the Governmental interventions and Individual Social Responsibility and where and how it is being disbursed.

“This informative session, I am sure will open the floodgates for more discussion in the days to come, more awareness generation on what is being done and what needs to be done” said Dr. Mitra.

The event was attended by more than 1000 participants in real time through direct join-ins in the zoom platform and in facebook live.
