CineHead F1 and F1 Pro bring 1080p Full HD native resolution, certified streaming apps, Dolby Audio and intelligent setup features to everyday home entertainment.

NATIONAL: boAt, India’s No. 1 audio and wearables brand, today announced its entry into the smart projector category with the launch of the CineHead F1 Series, marking the company’s expansion into visual and big-screen home entertainment. Comprising the CineHead F1 and CineHead F1 Pro, the new series combines Official Google TV 5.0, 1080p Full HD native resolution with 4K support, Dolby Audio and intelligent auto-setup features in a compact, Made-in-India offering.

As entertainment consumption expands across OTT streaming, gaming, live sports and digital content, consumers are looking for richer and more flexible ways to experience content at home. The CineHead F1 Series has been designed around this shift, allowing users to create big-screen entertainment experiences across bedrooms, living rooms and other personal spaces without the need for a permanent large-screen setup.

Commenting on the launch, Gaurav Nayyar, CEO, boAt, said, “Our entry into smart projectors is a natural next step in boAt’s journey from an audio-first brand to a broader consumer technology and entertainment company. Consumers today are looking for richer, more flexible ways to experience content at home, and the CineHead F1 Series brings together big-screen viewing, Official Google TV, immersive audio and intelligent ease of use in one accessible proposition. As we enter new categories, our focus will remain on solving for the Indian consumer with thoughtfully designed, high-quality products while continuing to strengthen our Make in India capabilities.”

Big-Screen Entertainment Meets Official Google TV

The CineHead F1 Series delivers projection sizes from 40 to 120 inches, enabling users to transform bedrooms, living rooms and other personal spaces into flexible entertainment zones for movies, OTT streaming, sports and gaming. Paired with Dolby Audio, the series delivers an immersive, cinema-like entertainment experience at home.

Powered by Official Google TV 5.0, both projectors provide access to 10,000+ apps through the Google Play Store, personalised content recommendations, multiple user profiles and Kids Mode. Built-in Google Assistant enables voice control, while the voice-enabled remote features dedicated Netflix and YouTube hotkeys. Wireless screen mirroring further allows users to bring content from compatible devices to the big screen. With Official Google TV, users also get seamless access to certified apps including Netflix and YouTube right out of the box.

CineHead F1 and F1 Pro for Different Viewing Needs

The CineHead F1 Pro takes the experience further with 500 ANSI lumens brightness and a more powerful 10W speaker with Dolby Audio, while retaining 1080p Full HD native resolution with 4K support. Designed for consumers seeking enhanced brightness and audio performance, the F1 Pro supports projection sizes from 40 to 120 inches.

The CineHead F1 delivers 300 ANSI lumens brightness, 1080p Full HD native resolution with 4K support and a 6W speaker with Dolby Audio, making it suited for everyday home entertainment. The projector supports screen sizes of up to 120 inches and features a sealed, dust-proof optical engine with up to 30,000 hours of lamp life.

Intelligent Features for Effortless Setup

Both models feature auto focus, auto keystone correction and obstacle avoidance, helping reduce the need for manual adjustments. An adjustable stand enables flexible placement, while the compact design makes the projectors easy to integrate into different home environments.

For connected entertainment, the CineHead F1 Series supports dual-band 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, HDMI, USB and AUX connectivity, along with HDMI ARC and eARC. Powered by a MediaTek processor with 2GB RAM and 32GB ROM, both projectors are designed to deliver a smooth smart entertainment experience and support low-latency gaming.

Made in India

The CineHead F1 Series further strengthens boAt’s growing consumer technology portfolio and its Make in India capabilities, extending the brand’s presence from audio and wearables into visual entertainment.

Pricing and Availability

The boAt CineHead F1 Pro is available at an introductory price of INR 32999 on boAt’s website, Amazon, Flipkart and select retail stores. The boAt CineHead F1 will launch later this month, with pricing and availability to be announced closer to launch.
