BANGALORE: Anjali Gold has officially announced its expansion into Bangalore, further strengthening the brand’s growing movement against food adulteration and its mission to promote purity, transparency, and conscious food choices across Indian households.

Known for its cold-pressed and unrefined mustard oil produced using traditional Kachi Ghani methods, Anjali Gold has built its identity around one core belief — that every Indian family deserves food they can trust completely. With Bangalore emerging as one of India’s most health-conscious and aware consumer markets, the city marks an important milestone in the brand’s nationwide expansion journey.

Built on its “Farms to Kitchens” philosophy, Anjali Gold focuses not only on the oil extraction process but also on the quality of mustard seeds, sourcing practices, and the journey of the product before it reaches consumers. The company believes that purity begins at the farming level itself, and transparency should exist across the complete food chain , from farms to Indian kitchens.

Unlike conventional FMCG food brands that focus primarily on sales and mass advertising, Anjali Gold has consistently positioned itself around awareness, education, and transparency. Through its anti-adulteration initiatives and public awareness campaigns, the company has actively encouraged consumers to question what goes into their everyday food products and understand the importance of purity in cooking essentials.

The Bangalore expansion will make Anjali Gold’s black and yellow cold-pressed mustard oil variants available through quick-commerce platforms, digital channels, and selected retail outlets across the city.

Speaking about the launch, Aaryan Saxena, CEO of Anjali Gold, said:

“Food adulteration is no longer a small issue it has quietly become a part of everyday consumption in many households. We started Anjali Gold not just to create a product, but to create awareness around purity and transparency in food. Our Farms to Kitchens approach reflects our belief that consumers deserve to know where their food comes from and what exactly reaches their homes.”

Anjali Saxena, Food Activist and Founder of Anjali Gold, added:

“For me, purity in food is emotional because it directly affects families and children. We built Anjali Gold with the belief that trust should return to Indian kitchens. This expansion is not only about entering a new market, but about spreading awareness that people should know exactly what they are consuming every single day.”

Over the past year, Anjali Gold has gained recognition for its awareness-led initiatives around food purity, including its AG Fighter movement focused on educating people about adulteration and encouraging cleaner food practices. The brand has also been recognised among India’s notable mustard oil brands in recent media features, reflecting the increasing consumer demand for cold-pressed, unrefined, and traditionally extracted cooking oils.

As Anjali Gold continues expanding across India, the company aims to strengthen both its retail presence and its larger mission of making food purity a mainstream conversation in Indian households.
