DUBAI, UAE: As digital transformation continues to reshape industries across the Middle East, legal services are entering a new era. Responding to the growing demand for accessible, transparent, and technology focused legal support, Abdul Wahied, Founder of Dar Al Haqooq Legal Consultancy LLC, has officially launched EZ Legal Hire, an innovative online legal services platform designed to simplify how individuals and businesses connect with legal professionals across the UAE.

Built to bridge the gap between traditional legal practice and modern client expectations, EZ Legal Hire enables users to book consultations, request legal documents, securely upload case files, make online payments, schedule virtual meetings, and manage legal matters through a single digital platform. The initiative reflects a broader shift in the legal industry, where convenience, speed, and transparency are becoming as important as legal expertise itself.

For Abdul Wahied, the launch of EZ Legal Hire is a natural evolution of his experience serving clients through Dar Al Haqooq Legal Consultancy LLC. Having witnessed firsthand how technology has transformed banking, healthcare, education, and commerce, he recognised that legal services also needed to evolve to meet the expectations of modern clients.

“The legal profession has always been built on trust and expertise, but the way clients access these services has changed significantly,” said Abdul Wahied, Founder of EZ Legal Hire. “People today expect professional services to offer the same level of convenience they experience in other industries. EZ Legal Hire was created to combine the reliability of experienced legal professionals with the efficiency and accessibility of modern technology.”

Unlike conventional legal service models that often require multiple office visits, lengthy communication, and fragmented document management, EZ Legal Hire provides a centralised digital experience. Clients can initiate legal matters from virtually anywhere, making professional legal assistance more accessible to UAE residents, entrepreneurs, startups, investors, and international clients with legal interests in the region.

The platform supports a broad range of legal needs, including legal consultations, contract drafting and review, dispute guidance, employment and tenancy matters, corporate legal services, debt recovery assistance, document preparation, and business legal advice. It also offers tailored monthly legal retainer plans for startups, small and medium businesses, and established companies seeking ongoing legal support without the expense of maintaining a full time internal legal department.

One of the platform’s defining strengths is its focus on legal support across borders. As businesses and individuals increasingly operate across international markets, legal matters often involve multiple jurisdictions, foreign regulations, overseas assets, and international agreements. EZ Legal Hire has been developed to help clients manage these complexities while facilitating coordination with legal professionals in different jurisdictions whenever required.

“Legal matters involving different countries are becoming increasingly common in today’s connected economy,” Abdul Wahied added. “Our objective is to simplify that process by providing clients with an organised starting point, clear communication, and professional legal guidance throughout their journey.”

The launch of EZ Legal Hire also reflects the rapid growth of legal technology, commonly referred to as LegalTech, which is changing how legal professionals deliver services around the world. While automation continues to improve administrative efficiency, Abdul Wahied believes that technology should complement, rather than replace, the expertise and judgment of qualified legal professionals.

“Technology can improve communication, document management, appointment scheduling, and secure transactions,” he explained. “However, every legal matter deserves careful professional analysis. Our vision is to use technology to improve the client experience while ensuring that every case receives the personal attention it requires.”

Security and confidentiality remain central to the platform’s design. Recognising that legal matters often involve highly sensitive personal, financial, and commercial information, EZ Legal Hire provides clients with a secure online environment where they can share documents, track progress, communicate with legal professionals, and manage their legal matters efficiently.

The platform has also been developed with the needs of businesses in mind. Entrepreneurs, startups, small and medium businesses, and corporate organisations can use EZ Legal Hire for contract management, compliance support, commercial documentation, employment matters, dispute guidance, and ongoing legal advice. By making professional legal assistance more structured and predictable, the platform aims to help businesses focus on growth while reducing operational complexity.

EZ Legal Hire combines the experience of an established legal consultancy with a modern service model supported by technology. This approach ensures that clients can enjoy the convenience of a digital platform while continuing to receive professional legal support from experienced practitioners.

As the legal landscape continues to evolve, Abdul Wahied envisions EZ Legal Hire becoming more than an online legal portal. His long term goal is to create a trusted digital ecosystem that connects individuals, businesses, investors, and international clients with reliable legal expertise while making legal services more transparent, accessible, and efficient.

With businesses expanding globally and legal matters increasingly crossing geographical boundaries, platforms such as EZ Legal Hire are expected to play an important role in shaping the future of legal service delivery across the UAE and beyond. By combining technology with professional legal expertise, the platform represents a significant step towards making legal support more convenient without compromising quality, confidentiality, or personalised service.

EZ Legal Hire is an online legal services platform based in the UAE. It enables individuals, startups, businesses, investors, and international clients to access professional legal consultations, document drafting and review, dispute guidance, corporate legal services, monthly legal retainers, and legal support across borders through a secure digital platform. The platform combines technology with the knowledge and experience of legal professionals to provide accessible, transparent, and efficient legal solutions.
