A Quest for Inner Peace: 8 Steps to Creating a Heavenly Existence

Share Share Share Share

By Rusen Kumar

You can cultivate your brain for a heavenly existence filled with contentment and inner calm, focus on the joys of life also collect small moments of happy feelings.

Are you feeling tired of the unavoidable stresses of everyday life and looking for inner calm and true tranquillity? But how can you unlock the door to such heavenly existence?

Discover the eight steps to a heavenly existence:

The Importance of Heaven for Inner Peace

Heaven means that place and that time where the mind gets peace, the mind does not get tension. Everyone needs heaven for themselves every day. Everyone needs heaven for himself every hour. Wanting heaven means wanting peace. Peace is needed means everything should be according to his mind. Being according to the mind gives short-term happiness. If something happens according to your mind, then it is a miniature heaven.

The Insatiable Nature of the Mind

The mind is a very hungry devil which is never satisfied. Dissatisfaction is the nature of the mind. Even if the mind is left in heaven, it will not be satisfied. Give him all the happiness, joy, and wealth of the world, he will be happy only for a while. It is impossible to make the mind happy permanently.

Understanding the Mind’s Need for Happiness

It is necessary to understand the fickleness of the mind. The mind needs peace. Peace of mind is heaven. The happiness of the mind is heaven. The mind wants one and only one thing and that is happiness. The mind needs happiness every moment. Only good deeds produce happiness in the mind. To keep the mind engaged in some good work is to build heaven. Those who want to build heaven should take measures to create happiness.

Good Deeds and Avoiding Painful Work

To do painful work means to push yourself into hell. Avoid doing work that causes pain to the body. Do not repeat again and again the actions and thoughts that disturb the mind. Do not say things that hurt the honor of others. The very name of sorrow is hell. Heaven cannot come in hellish life.

Collecting Small Joys and Properly Using Time

If we really want happiness, then we should spend our time collecting small joys. To enter the kingdom of heaven, you have to make a collection of things that give you happiness. For this, we have to learn to use time properly. Time, happiness, mind, peace, and good use, all these are the ingredients to create heaven. It is only from these that heaven is created.

Our Ability to Create Heaven for Ourselves

We already have the materials and resources to build heaven. Nature has already given us everything. They have to know and understand. Nature has given us intelligence, and heart. We can build a heaven for ourselves by making good use of these. We ourselves are the creator of heaven for ourselves. If we give the work of making heaven for us to someone else, then he will not be able to make it right according to us.

Creating Miniature Heavens in One Minute

You can transform your hour into heaven by creating heaven every minute. By converting the hours into heaven, the whole day can be made into heaven. Let me tell you the method to create a heaven in one minute. Read an inspirational book. Write the things that you find important in your diary in your own handwriting. Plant a money plant. Give water to the plants. Wipe off the dust accumulated on the leaves of the plants. Make a painting. Try writing poetry. Write a letter to a loved one. Write an article and send it to the newspaper.

Tips for Creating Heaven

Organize your wardrobe clothes. Clean up your table and decorate it in a new way. Play a fun game with your kids. If something useful has been published in the newspaper, cut it out and keep it. Talk to a childhood friend for a few minutes. Hear the views of eminent scholars and artists. Organize the books.

Take out printouts of valuable ideas and put them on your notice board. Send a gift to a loved one. Learn to play an instrument. Give food and water to the dumb animals. Whatever you do, do it with your heart. Those who do this also create heaven for themselves.

Always remember that to make good use of time is to create heaven for yourself. Also, keep in mind that you should not interfere in someone else’s work. Do what you must do.

Final Words

Building heaven is a journey. It never truly ends. It demands continuous effort. Work on spiritual aspects of life.
