The NABARD (National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development) recruits A and B grade officers in the department. Most of the candidates are interested in the A grade services because it gives more career exposure compared to Grade B officers. To hit the bull’s eye, they have to clear three stages of the examination. First is prelims, where they have to solve online MCQ questions. Second is the NABARD Mains, where descriptive questions you have to clear. The final round of the selection process is the Interview round. One who is well-versed with NABARD Grade A Syllabus can easily ace these three stages. Readers might get an ample amount of tips and tricks to clear Prelims and Mains. 1. Build technical knowledge

Like every job interview, in NABARD A Grade level interview, you will be asked technical questions. Prepare course and banking related subjects thoroughly. Also, update yourself with new policies and regulations of the NABARD. The interviewer can ask an in-depth question about the latest development in the Agricultural field. Don’t put your entire focus on clearing exams and going for an interview with a blank look. Prepare with the current affairs questions can also that panel may ask you. In a nutshell, you have to train your brain to answer every question. Fumbling and taking pause may deduct your marks.

2. Have a good behaviour

The interview panel of the NABARD never welcomes attitude and overconfident nature. Be humble and polite while answering questions. Good etiquettes are also important, along with the subject knowledge. Your cultured behaviour gives a long-lasting impression on your co-workers. It helps make you an excellent professional. Candidates who are impatient and fret on minor issues must learn to be polite and humble first before the Interview. Accept your weaknesses and try to overcome them by rigorous practice. A good human being always turns out to be a good professional.

3. What’s your motive behind it?

Every interviewer will ask, ‘why do you want to join us?’ This question portrays your intention and motive to join the organization. Don’t give a formal answer that everyone gives, i.e. Growth and opportunity. Your motive should be to boost the agriculture field in the nation, improve agro infrastructure, and bring more investment in it. How can you develop modern agricultural techniques that make a profitable agricultural venture? The interview panel will appreciate your futuristic vision and passion for making the sector important. You can share some economical models of other nations as well to support your answers.

4. Good dress code and body posture

Many young aspirants don’t maintain the formal dress code for the Interview round. Costume portrays your personality. From shining shoes to a formal tie, every material has meaning. Have you wondered why most interviewees wear white clothes? It is because the white colour symbolizes peace and harmony. It spreads positivity and makes you positive in any circumstances.  Apart from that, maintain a correct body posture. Sit straight without folding your hands. Candidates who have a back problem may try a few exercises to sit straight. It is a non-verbal signal which shows a higher confidence level.

Conclusion

Whether you aim for a good NABARD Grade A Result or Grade B Result, an interview round is a must for you to clear. Technical knowledge, positive body language and good dress code is the key to ace the Interview round. Don’t take stress or give confusing answers. It shows you’re unconfident. Stay calm and focus on your aim before appearing at the Interview round.
