NEW DELHI (India CSR): KindKart, a technology-powered charitable marketplace, has announced the appointment of Prof. Abhishek Ranjan as its Chief Impact Officer (CIO), strengthening its leadership team as the organization enters its next phase of growth.
The announcement was made by Sri G Gopalakrishnan, Founder of KindKart, who said that Prof. Abhishek’s association with the organization began as an advisor. In that role, he provided strategic guidance to help KindKart build a more transparent and connected charitable marketplace.
With this appointment, Prof. Abhishek will now take charge of KindKart’s impact agenda in a full-time leadership capacity. His role is expected to focus on scaling social impact, building meaningful partnerships, and strengthening the organization’s work across CSR, ESG, sustainability, and community development.
Sri G Gopalakrishnan said that Prof. Abhishek’s passion for social impact, partnership-building ability, and commitment to lasting change make him an important addition to KindKart’s leadership team.
He brings more than 21 years of experience across global technology organizations. His professional journey includes deep engagement with CSR, ESG, sustainability, corporate partnerships, and social impact initiatives.
He has led large-scale sustainability and community programmes, worked with industry leaders, and represented organizations at global forums, including engagements connected with the United Nations and G20.
KindKart aims to enable a more transparent, accountable, and connected charitable ecosystem. The appointment of a Chief Impact Officer signals the organization’s intent to deepen its impact strategy and expand its reach among donors, social organizations, corporates, and communities.
