Users can access services such as obtaining a birth certificate, Requesting a caste certificate, and registering for employment. This feature makes the process easier, reduces paperwork, and saves time for citizens.

Government orders and circulars: The website houses government orders and circulars. It is easy for citizens and stakeholders to access important notifications, and this promotes transparency and ensures that important information is available to the public.

E-government procurement: It will facilitate the digital procurement processes for government agencies. Allows sellers to register, submit a bid and participate in electronic auctions. This digital procurement increases efficiency, reduces the risk of fraud, and promotes fair competition between sellers.

Grievance resolution: It is a dedicated section for citizens to register and track their grievances. This will allow citizens to raise their concerns and ensures that relevant authorities are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

JKHRMS:

jkhrms full form is the abbreviation of Jammu and Kashmir Human Resource Management System. It is one of the comprehensive platforms focused on human resource management within the Jammu and Kashmir government. 

Employee self-service: This part will allow government employees to access and manage personal information such as salary details, leave applications, and service history. It is a centralized platform for employees to perform administrative tasks, reducing paperwork and increasing efficiency.

Payroll and payroll management: jkhrms streamlines the payroll process. It ensures accurate and timely payroll to government employees, calculates payroll, deducts taxes, and generates payslips automatically. It helps to reduce the administrative burden of the finance department.

Performance appraisal: This platform facilitates the performance appraisal process for government employees. It Helps managers to set goals, Evaluate performance and make suggestions. This qualification fosters accountability and helps identify areas of professional development.

Pension management: The platform also manages the pension process for retired government employees. It helps to simplify pension calculations, facilitate the submission of pension-related documents and ensure timely disbursement of pension benefits.
