All you need to know regarding the attestation process done in Kuwait

Certificate attestation is done by the embassies located in every country to get a work visa, higher study visa, holiday visa, etc. so that the individuals can visit the country without any restrictions or identification problems. In this article, the readers and the viewers will learn about the documents that the embassy of Kuwait attestation is done so that people are willing to visit based on their reasons without any lawful problems.

Kuwait is officially referred to as The State of Kuwait. This country is located in the western part of Asia and situated in the northern part of Eastern Arabia which is in the Persian Gulf. The capital of this country is Kuwait City. This city was a part of ancient Mesopotamia. Their main occupation or their main trade and commerce that increase their country’s economy are crude oil which was discovered in commercial quantities in 1938. Through this article, you will also know the Kuwait embassy attestation fees by the Kuwait Embassy in India.

Admissions Open for BBA in CSR, Sustainability and ESG

Types of document or certificate attestation done by the Kuwait embassy-

  • Educational certificate attestation- in this form of attestation students who are eager to study in Kuwait come to get their documents attested like- undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, Ph.D., engineering, medical, hotel management, or any other professional or technical degree permissions are given. The process of attestation under this category is-
    • First, documents will be attested by the State Level Attestation Department or the Home department of the state you are a citizen.
    • Then the first round of attested documents will be attested and verified for the second time by the MEA or the Ministry of External Affairs.
    • At the last, the final documents will be rechecked and verified to see whether any documents are missing or not and if everything is ok then the New Delhi Kuwait embassy will attest it.
    • Under this process, the candidate must pay ₹ 1800
    • This process takes around 7 days to 10 days.
  • Non-educational certificate attestation- this category falls under affairs like- transfer certificates, death certificates, divorce certificates, employment certificates, marriage certificates, birth certificates, medical certificates, etc. permissions are given for safe travel to Kuwait. The process of attestation under this category is-
    • First, the Home Department of Mumbai or any State Level Attestation Department will attest the documents based on the purpose.
    • After the approval, the documents get transferred to The Ministry of External Affair where the certificates or documents are verified and attested.
    • Finally, the Kuwait Embassy located in New Delhi will attest the documents or certificate
    • Under this process, the candidate must pay ₹ 1800
    • This process takes around 7 days to 10 days.
  • Commercial certificate attestation- under this category certificates that get attested like- ministry of education certificates, ministry of health department certificates, chamber of commerce certificates, foreign affairs legalization certificates, etc. the process of attestation is-
    • The fee for this category is ₹ 6500.
    • First, the documents are taken to the Chambers of Commerce for attestation
    • Then the attested papers are again attested by the Ministry of External Affairs
    • Then the attested are finally taken to the Kuwait Embassy.
    • This process takes 2 working weeks.
