PATNA (India CSR): Today the training programme of the first batch (2022-23) under Chief Minister SC/ST/EBC/Women/Yuva Entrepreneurship Scheme was inaugurated at CIMP – Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna. This training programme is supported by the Department of Industries, Govt. of Bihar.
On this occasion, Prof. Rajeev Verma, Associate Professor, CIMP and Kumod Kumar, CEO of CIMP-BIIF – Business Incubation and Innovation Foundation were present as guests cum speakers along with 40 participants of the first training batch.
With the lightening of the inaugural lamp by Prof. Verma and Kumod Kumar, the training officially started.
In the welcome address, Prof. Verma said “CIMP, being a host institution, started training of the first batch in July 2018 and so far, we have successfully completed trainings of 19 batches and in total we have trained more than 700 participants the nuances of entrepreneurship. And this year, the 20th batch training is being organized by the CIMP’s Startup Incubation Centre, CIMP-Business Incubation & Innovation Foundation.”
He also briefed the students about the training schedule and discussed the different aspects of the training which would continue till 27th May 2022.
While speaking on the same occasion, Kumod Kumar congratulated the candidates for their selection and assured that the training program under the aegis of CIMP would be a great learning experience and wished them a successful career as entrepreneurs.
