GURUGRAM (India CSR): Vatika Group is set to host Vasantotsav – The Flower Show, the first-ever large-scale flower show in New Gurugram marking the arrival of spring with colour and community spirit. Scheduled from February 28 to March 8, the festival will unfold at Club One, Vatika India Next, Sector 82, Gurugram.
Envisioned as an annual celebration, Vasantotsav aims to promote greenery, sustainability and vibrant urban living while bringing the community together.The 10-day festival will showcase over 5,000 flower blooms featuring 30 varieties of plants, transforming the venue into a vivid spring landscape. With a residential catchment of over two lakh residents in the vicinity, the event is expected to witness enthusiastic participation from families, children and nature lovers.
Key Attractions Include:
• Flower Crown Selfie Point: An interactive flower selfie station that promotes participation and social media sharing.
• Butterfly Information Booth: An educational exhibit that highlights different species of butterflies, their habitats, and the value of eco-friendly gardening and biodiversity.
• Flower Holi Experience: An eco-friendly, secure flower petal area honouring the essence of spring.
• Painting Workshops: Local artists lead adult floral canvas painting sessions and a special children’s art area.
• Flower Bunches Workshop: Learn how to make flower bunch
• Food Stalls: Local brands offer speciality desserts, nutritious drinks and spring-inspired treats.
• Flea Market: Beautiful garden accessories, eco-friendly household goods, and handcrafted décor.
Additionally, attendees are encouraged to post pictures from the event on social media, with special prizes going to the top submissions.
