RAIPUR : The state based chapter of Confederation of Indian industries or CII will celebrate its annual day on this coming Wednesday, march 4 2015 at City’s Babylon Inn hotel. Theme of this year annual day ceremony is entitled as “Digital Chhattisgarh: Enlisting the State on the Global Economy”
With Make in India gaining momentum, the Chief Minister of CG has a vision to develop CG as the next Manufacturing and IT Hub of India. Chhattisgarh is evolving with strategic location, strong resource base, robust Infrastructure support, strong Economic Growth promises ease of doing business in the state with favorable policies. With an active Government, the state should chart its own path and focus on services like IT & ITES, tourism & hospitality and high-end manufacturing like railway & defence equipment’s. With this as the focus, CII-CG’s Annual Day theme is ‘Digital Chhattisgarh: Enlisting the State on the Global Economy’
With financial year end just around the corner, CII Chhattisgarh State Council, at this Annual Day, we will showcase the various initiatives that the Council has undertaken during the year and envisage a new agenda for the State for 2015-16. The day long deliberations will focus on how to make Chhattisgarh an investor-friendly state and a global manufacturing hub.
