As I’ve seen multiple properties in Delhi and Mumbai this one looks pretty appealing and promising to me so I thought I’d ask one of my friends for his view on this property and then I’ll proceed to book this place. Before everything else I need to examine the place as I need basic amenities so that till the time I’ll be here I want to keep myself entertained. Finalizing the place is a tough process. There are multiple things you need to verify to choose the right property. 

Why I Invested In SKA ORION

One of the only reasons to invest in this place was to get my team around and have fun being here. As I run my agency online I have remote workers for my business and as all of them are from Noida I’ll be able to meet them and move from remote to hybrid. This place was located near INDIAN BANK, Noida Expressway, Sector 143B, Noida offering 3 and 3.5 BHK homes for a decent amount of ₹1.17 Crores – ₹1.8 Crores the place was pretty lavish and its opulent beauty made the price worth it. 

The place is spread across 3.33 acres of space and there are 508 units in total having a beautiful place. There are 3 buildings in total attached to the road giving a beautiful view from the windows. The only reason behind investing in this place was the space I’d get and the amenities offered by the builders.

A beautiful Clubhouse and a Rainwater harvesting system to use the resources accurately is present at this place. For big events, they have an Amphitheater where big performances and events can be done. 

A huge Swimming pool for swimming and

for people like me who love to play badminton. There’s an Aerobics room for people who like Aerobics. I usually like to go for long walks and this place has a massive Common garden where I can go for my walks.

Servant room and Power backup for comfort and convenience. The party area is available for people who love to party. There’s a Jogging track where I can go for a jog early in the morning. A Visitor Parking is offered where I can park my car easily. Lift accessible to all the rooms,  

Fire safety to avoid any difficult situation and a huge Library to read books. As this place has a library I’ll be reading my novels here. 

A Gas pipeline service is available and they also have a Sewage treatment plant that is also offered for waste management. 

There’s a CCTV camera present at this place for proper security. For people to not face any inconveniences there’s 

Maintenance staff who’ll take care of everything. There are Wifi and Intercom services offered at this place for convenience. There’s a Basketball court at this place where I can play basketball whenever I want. Housekeeping services are available at this place and there’s a community hall where people can come together and connect. To workout there’s a full-fledged Gym at this place.
