Why I Invested In SKA ORION
One of the only reasons to invest in this place was to get my team around and have fun being here. As I run my agency online I have remote workers for my business and as all of them are from Noida I’ll be able to meet them and move from remote to hybrid. This place was located near INDIAN BANK, Noida Expressway, Sector 143B, Noida offering 3 and 3.5 BHK homes for a decent amount of ₹1.17 Crores – ₹1.8 Crores the place was pretty lavish and its opulent beauty made the price worth it.
The place is spread across 3.33 acres of space and there are 508 units in total having a beautiful place. There are 3 buildings in total attached to the road giving a beautiful view from the windows. The only reason behind investing in this place was the space I’d get and the amenities offered by the builders.
