Sangeeta Waldron is a multi-award winning Public Relations professional with over two decades’ worth of publicity, branding, communications, crisis management, media and social media experience. Sangeeta is a published author and her business book, The PR Knowledge Book, published by Business Expert Press has received high acclaim by international business leaders.
Sangeeta started out her career writing speeches for a previous UK Prime Minister and Ministers, and has worked at the top level with big, powerful global brands, which includes – being global communications director for the Economist Group; working for The Times Education Supplement; the Mayor of London; Cass Business School; and charities such as Breast Cancer Campaign.
In 2009, Sangeeta founded her own successful London based PR agency, Serendipity PR & Media, working across business, arts, culture and books in growth international markets. She is an award winning journalist, specializing in sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR), where over the years her stories have been picked up by the United Nations and The Guardian.
These days, she is global contributing editor for India CSR Network, the largest news platform on sustainable business news and CSR in India.
A regular international speaker, where she has been invited to speak alongside the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan about being a woman in business. Sangeeta also moderates a regular panel discussion for Asian Voice newspaper that supports British Asian women in business.
Sangeeta sits on different boards, and has included sitting on the Federation of Small Business’s Diversity Taskforce; was Chairman of Alternatives, which hosts all London’s wellbeing events with leading names such as Deepak Chopra, Elizabeth Gilbert, Eckhart Tolle and more.
