AHMEDABAD:
BharatCares, in partnership with YES Foundation, successfully conducted the Culmination Event & Graduation Ceremonies of the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) and Accounts Assistant Skill Development Program across Saksham Bharat Centres in Ahmedabad, Surat, Delhi, and Bengaluru, marking a significant milestone in advancing youth employability.

A total of 2,100 students successfully completed the programme during the financial year, with 1,478 students placed so far in reputed organisations such as SBI Card, PolicyBazaar, Ola, PaisaBazaar, Genius Consultants Ltd., MyMoneyMantra, The Reward Club, Mercury Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., Star Health Insurance, among others – and the number continues to grow as more students secure placements each day.

The Saksham Bharat Program is designed to equip young individuals with industry-relevant skills, practical exposure, and professional readiness, enabling them to pursue meaningful careers in the BFSI sector. Through a combination of classroom training, industry interactions, and placement support, the initiative continues to bridge the gap between education and employment.

The culmination ceremonies across cities brought together dignitaries, industry experts, trainers, and graduating students to celebrate this collective achievement. Esteemed guests addressed the students, sharing insights and encouragement as they step into their professional journeys.

A key highlight of the events was hearing directly from students, who shared their personal journeys of transformation – highlighting increased confidence, enhanced communication skills, and readiness for the workplace. Their stories reflected the impact of structured skilling and mentorship in shaping career pathways.

Speaking on the occasion, representatives from BharatCares reiterated their commitment to empowering youth through impactful skilling initiatives and strong partnerships. “This milestone reflects the potential of collaborative efforts in creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for young individuals across the country,” they noted.

The Saksham Bharat Program continues to play a vital role in strengthening India’s workforce by preparing job-ready talent for the evolving demands of the BFSI sector.
