These initiatives aim to transform urban living by reducing environmental impact and enhancing the comfort and safety of urban populations, thereby setting new standards for modern city development and energy use.

About the company: WETER LLC

WETER LLC was established in 2020 to carry out research and development in the field of natural and technical sciences, devices (systems) for the production and transmission (distribution) of electricity, urban infrastructure systems in collaboration with scientists, specialists and specialized institutions to obtain design results that allow the creation of new power generating devices and infrastructure communications of cities.

The company has a production and research office in Dubai, UAE: TIAGLIN HUB, WETER LLC; UAE, DUBAI, DIP 1, W10.

The company has highly qualified specialists:

  • research engineers;
  • feasibility studies experts
  • marketing and market analysis specialists;
  • engineering-specialists;
  • design engineers;
  • architects;
  • technical staff.

To date, WETER LLC has been implementing projects W.E.T.E.R, GOROD L.E.S and V.O.D.A aimed at developing urban infrastructure, creating energy-efficient facilities and overcoming electricity shortages. Moreover, the properties of the objects of the projects determine the creation of optimal, comfortable and safe living conditions for humans, reducing the man-made impact on nature and the climate of the planet.

Ongoing projects

W.E.T.E.R project (Wind energy technology era renewable) is to develop wind energy complexes consisting of a building with a vertical-axis wind turbine, which can be made in the modular construction of several generating devices using wind energy to produce electricity. At the same time, the entire structure forms an original aerodynamic scheme for the concentration of wind and its optimal direction to the power drive – the blade system of the generating device.

The objectives of the project are to conduct research, studies, development and design work to achieve indicators, design and project solutions sufficient for the design of various models of wind power complexes for their subsequent production (creation), construction and use (application) in urban areas, in settlements and territories remote from cities.

The goals of the project include participation in the creation of new cities, the development of infrastructure in modern cities, alternative energy to overcome the dependence of the electric power industry on the use of hydrocarbon resources, electricity shortages and reducing its cost, infrastructural development of territories, and improving environmental safety. Among other things, it is planned to develop a promising and universal technical solution for a wind energy complex for use in areas isolated from centralized power supply and as energy-efficient, energy-saving buildings.

Logistic Eco System

GOROD L.E.S. project (Logistic Eco System) is aimed at developing multi-level urban infrastructure systems that optimize logistics, production and social processes, defining a safe and comfortable human environment;

The project also provides for the development of analogues of transport and logistics systems, taking into account seismic, climatic, hydrological, engineering and geological conditions, relief (surface slope) and functional zones of the territory of the proposed (planned) location (construction) of a multi-level urban communications system.

GOROD L.E.S. project (Logistic Eco System) is aimed at developing multi-level urban infrastructure systems that optimize logistics, production and social processes, defining a safe and comfortable human environment.
V.O.D.A project defines the development of universal hydropower plants that use the laws of nature to produce electricity: the force of gravity and the buoyant force (the Archimedes principle).

The developed technical solution determines the construction of an original communication system consisting of four non-intersecting levels of various transport and communication purposes, connected by vertical connections through movable platforms, elevators, stairs, escalators and (or) staircase and elevator sections with the allocation of an upper open level without transport and horizontal engineering communications and transport routes (roads). Transport and communication levels are formed from the following purpose and content of functions:

  • the first is intended for freight and rail transport;
  • the second – includes pipelines and other technical communications;
  • the third is intended for passenger transport;
  • the fourth is exclusively pedestrian and for mechanisms driven by human power.

The fourth level should be an artificially created landscape containing soil, vegetation, where residential and non-residential buildings, hydraulic engineering facilities, recreation, trade and entertainment areas, parks and squares, and pedestrian roads are located.

The proposed construction of logistics and communication links will make it possible to form (create) a compact integrated communication system of the city, which has no analogues of such a communication structure. The creation of such a system seems technically difficult when creating it both on a large territory of the city and in a local version – “core-center”.

The correct choice of the area for construction and careful design of the system under development is the most important prerequisite for reducing the total cost of its construction, creating the most favorable conditions for all vital needs of the population and obtaining a high architectural level of planning and development.

Such an object of capital construction should be designed on the basis of urban planning forecasts and programs, general schemes of settlement, nature management and territorial organization of productive forces, projects of district planning of administrative-territorial formations, territorial integrated schemes of nature protection and nature management, zones of intensive economic development and unique natural significance, including measures to prevent and protect against dangerous natural and man-made processes.

Objectives of the project

The objectives of the project are to conduct research, studies, development and design work to achieve indicators, design and project solutions sufficient for the design of multi-level urban communication systems with their subsequent construction and use in urban areas or in the creation of new cities. The subject of the project is capable of radically changing the approach to the modernization of urban infrastructure, the transport and logistics system of the city.

The goals of the project determine the preparation of technical and design solutions for the development and improvement of the efficiency of urban infrastructure, in the creation of new cities to optimize economic activity, and increase the safety and attractiveness of the urban environment.

V.O.D.A project defines the development of universal hydropower plants that use the laws of nature to produce electricity the force of gravity and the buoyant force (the Archimedes principle).

V.O.D.A project

V.O.D.A project defines the development of universal hydropower plants that use the laws of nature to produce electricity: the force of gravity and the buoyant force (the Archimedes principle).

In the proposed technical solution, the process of generating electric energy is based on the laws of nature. Electricity is generated by the kinetic energy of a moving liquid in a vertical cylinder partially filled with water with a constant volume. The kinetic energy of the liquid is created by the cyclic vertical movement of the piston in the cylinder – up and down. The piston is a T-shaped shuttle equipped with channels (holes) for the flow of liquid and air, and has a cavity in the lower part, alternately filled with air or water. The piston, turbines (generator power drives) and the generator form a movable module.

The vertical mobility of the module (up and down) is created alternately by the buoyant force (the Archimedes principle) and the force of gravity, giving it positive or negative buoyancy, respectively. One or another buoyancy of the piston is provided by its design. The cyclic movement of the piston up and down creates kinetic energy of the liquid received by the blade turbine of the module and connected to a generator that generates electricity.

The objectives of the project determine the conduct of research, studies, development and design work to achieve the indicators, design and project solutions necessary and sufficient for the design and production of technical power generating devices for universal or specialized applications in industry, at infrastructure facilities for various purposes. The option of using such technical devices as sources of electricity in areas isolated from centralized power supply is not excluded.

The goals of the project are to develop and offer similar power generating devices for use in the interests of various electricity consumers, in different sectors of the economy and the social sphere. The project involves the development of environmentally friendly power generation devices, the creation of efficient infrastructure in cities and in production.

Project implementation activities

These projects are at the startup stage and have the prospect of implementation in the foreseeable future with the assistance of a wide range of specialists, project participants and support from various stakeholders.

New technical solutions are recognized by patent offices of different countries as inventions and have received their national protection, taking into account their prospects for use. Patent work is also ongoing in dozens of countries in various regions of the world.

In the subjects of the W.E.T.E.R, GOROD L.E.S and V.O.D.A projects, WETER company, in cooperation with scientific and design organizations (institutions), conducts research activities, experimental design work, calculations and design of structures. The design and architectural solutions of the objects under development are graphically modeled. In the course of research and development work, the prospects of developments and the possibility of their widespread use have been established. Currently, demonstration models, research samples and design solutions of the facilities have already been created.

WETER LLC actively promotes and participates in the development of electric generating devices that do not have a harmful effect on the environment, offering technical solutions to a wide range of interested companies and government agencies in the Middle East, Southeast Asia and the Pacific region. Memoranda and preliminary agreements on cooperation on projects have been drawn up with a number of government agencies, development and investment companies.

The announced projects and objects under development are periodically presented at international forums, exhibitions and seminars in different countries of the world using visual methods: video materials, graphic drawings, layouts and samples. The presented new technical solutions arouse wide interest, which indicates the presence of potential demand for the proposed technical solutions for use.

The company has developed a number of concepts for the combined placement and use of developed facilities in the infrastructure of modern cities (settlements) and in the construction of megacities of the future.

In its activities, WETER company actively uses information and communication networks on the Internet.
