JAIPUR (India CSR): In the run-up to World Heart Day, CK Birla Hospitals, Jaipur organized an interactive session featuring world renowned cardiologist Dr. Samir Kapadia, Chairman of Cardiovascular Medicine and Director of Cardiology at Cleveland Clinic in the USA.
Senior cardiologists of CK Birla Hospitals, engaged with Dr Kapadia from Cleveland Clinic, which is recognized as a top heart hospital in the U.S. for more than 30 consecutive years, to deliberate on emerging trends shaping heart care worldwide. The discussion focused on topics such as minimally invasive valve therapies, structural heart interventions, innovations in cardiac imaging, and how artificial intelligence is beginning to transform early diagnosis and risk prediction. Specialists also addressed the rising heart disease burden in India and explored ways in which global treatment protocols can be adapted for the country’s unique patient profile.
Dr. Kapadia’s session was attended by leading cardiologists and cardiac surgeons across the CK Birla Hospitals and facilitated by Deepika Grandhi, Cleveland Clinic India representative.
