Traditional hot runner manifolds utilized for polymers like UPVC frequently suffer from degraded material accumulation, demanding extensive maintenance that halts production for prolonged periods. Recognizing the need for a more practical and maintenance-friendly alternative, OM Galaxy Limited engineered an innovative split-type hot runner manifold system tailored to simplify serviceability without compromising performance.
Granted on May 22, 2026, the patent represents a powerful validation of domestic engineering capabilities under the national “Make in India” vision. Designed to overcome complex manufacturing bottlenecks, the patented Split-Type Hot Runner Manifold represents a significant advancement in hot runner system design, this innovation helps to reduce the cleaning time of PVC / CPVC manifolds, after a long production by 90% also. This manifold has a capability of vent out gases formed which infect PVC / CPVC material.
At the center of this innovation is the EZ-CLEAN SYSTEM, a feature designed to dramatically improve cleaning and maintenance efficiency. Unlike conventional systems that often require drilling and complex disassembly or extensive maintenance intervention, the manifold enables operators to clean the system by simply removing solidified resin from the manifold with ease.
