NIXI – National Internet Exchange of India Extends Invitation for CSR Proposals for 2023-2024
NEW DELHI (India CSR): NIXI is committed to contributing to the social and economic development of India. The CSR activities will help to improve the lives of people in different sections of society. NIXI invites all eligible agencies/trusts/registered societies and NGOs to submit their proposals for CSR activities in 2023-2024. The National Internet Exchange of India (NIXI) is inviting proposals from competent agencies/trusts/registered societies and NGOs working for the welfare of society for CSR activities in the following four sectors/areas:
- Women Empowerment
- Eradicating Hunger and Poverty
- Promoting Education (vocational or non-vocational)
- Cyber Security Awareness and Setting Up of Computer Labs
The entity(applicant) shall be CSR registered. Eligible agencies may submit their proposals with the following details:
- Background profile of the company
- Profile of the Past CSR Activities and their impact on Society
- Project proposals along with required functioning, beneficiaries and impact on society
The interested parties shall submit a detailed proposal citing the above details in the sealed envelopes at the following address latest by 31st May 2023:

Evaluation Process
The proposals will be evaluated by a committee of experts and the selected projects will be funded by NIXI. The projects will be implemented by the selected agencies/trusts/registered societies and NGOs.
NIXI stands for National Internet Exchange of India. It is a not-for-profit organization that facilitates the exchange of domestic Internet traffic between Internet service providers (ISPs) in India. It also operates the .IN domain name registry and the Indian Registry for Internet Names and Numbers (IRINN), which allocates IP addresses and AS numbers in India.
