Function Test on MyRecover
The steps to use MyRecover are very simple. I downloaded the MyRecover software from the official MyRecover website to my Windows PC and followed the step-by-step instructions to install it.
To test this, I selected a few PDF files from my computer’s hard drive that I wanted to delete and then I would try to recover using MyRecover.
Test Process
We start the test. We ran MyRecover on a Windows computer. MyRecover recognized all computer hard drives and external hard drives connected to the computer. I then hovered over the drive where the PDF file was previously stored and a scan icon appeared. All I had to do was move the mouse pointer over the drive where the PDF was previously stored and click Scan to complete the scan with one click.
MyRecover’s quick and deep scan functions are enabled. All missing files were found on the scanned hard drive.
Here we will show you how to search and filter MyRecover.
When I click on the “Type” tab, I see several different file types. If you choose “Documents“, come and consume your visa documentation.
If I type PDF in the search box, I find all deleted PDF files.
You can also try the “Data Modification” filter. Options such as Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days and Custom are available. You can also try to use the “Size” filter.
The scan results are displayed and I select the deleted PDF file I want to restore by checking the box next to it. I then selected a different storage path for the recovered PDF files to not overwrite the data. Next, I clicked the Restore x files button and the files were quickly restored. The test results show that MyRecover successfully and quickly performs file recovery.
Test Result
From the test above, we can see that MyRecover can fully detect and analyze your hard drive with a professional analysis method. MyRecover has a variety of features that make the recovery process easier and more convenient to use. Therefore, MyRecover can be a reliable option for recovering files.
