Reliance Chairman pledges Rs. 15 crore each to Shrinathji Temple, Tirumala’s Anna Prasadam Trust, and Guruvayur Sri Krishna Temple.

MUMBAI (India CSR): Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani has made a total donation of Rs. 45 crore to three prominent Hindu temples—Shrinathji Temple in Nathdwara (Rajasthan), Sri Venkateswara Temple in Tirumala (Andhra Pradesh), and Guruvayur Sri Krishna Temple in Thrissur (Kerala)—underscoring his family’s enduring commitment to faith-driven philanthropy and service to devotees.

During his visit to the sacred town of Nathdwara, Ambani had the divine privilege of attending the Bhog Aarti Darshan of Lord Shrinathji and receiving blessings from Guru Shri Vishal Bawa Saheb. On this occasion, he announced a donation of Rs. 15 crore to the Shrinathji Temple and unveiled a new community care initiative — the establishment of a modern “Yatri Evam Varishth Seva Sadan” (Pilgrim and Senior Citizen Service Centre).

Nathdwara to get ₹50-crore Pilgrim and Senior Citizen Service Centre

The proposed “Seva Sadan” will be a state-of-the-art, compassionate service facility offering over 100 rooms, 24-hour medical unit, nursing and physiotherapy services, a Satsang and Pravachan hall, and a traditional dining area designed in accordance with the Thaal-Prasad system of the Pushtimarg tradition.

The project, estimated to cost over Rs. 50 crore, is expected to be completed within three years.

Ambani said the initiative was being undertaken under the divine inspiration of Pujya Shri Vishal Bawa Saheb and with the dedicated support and initiative of Shri Anant Ambani, adding that the project’s vision was to ensure that “every devotee visiting Nathdwara experiences organised, compassionate, and respectful care in an environment that upholds the values of seva and devotion.”

On the occasion, Ambani said, “We should be proud to be Vaishnavas — followers of the eternal Hindu Sanatan Dharma and the sacred Acharya tradition.”

Guru Shri Vishal Bawa Saheb blessed the initiative and lauded Anant Ambani’s visionary project ‘Vantara’, calling it a remarkable, unparalleled, and globally admired creation.

Tirumala gets new automated kitchen for 2 lakh devotees daily

In Tirumala, Ambani announced another Rs. 15 crore donation towards the construction of a modern, state-of-the-art kitchen dedicated to the Sri Venkateswara Anna Prasadam Trust.

The project is being executed in partnership with the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) and with the support of the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

The upcoming facility will feature advanced automation systems and the capacity to prepare and serve over 200,000 sanctified meals every day. The initiative aligns with the vision of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu to expand the Anna Seva tradition across all TTD-managed temples.

“It is our privilege to serve Lord Venkateswara and contribute to the divine mission that no devotee ever goes hungry,” Ambani said in a statement, adding that the project is a humble contribution to Tirumala’s legacy of compassion and selfless service.

The Ambani family expressed gratitude to TTD authorities and the Andhra Pradesh Government for their guidance and collaboration in bringing this spiritual infrastructure project to life.

₹15 crore donation to Guruvayur Sri Krishna Temple

After visiting Tirumala, Mukesh Ambani also paid homage at the Guruvayur Sri Krishna Temple in Thrissur, Kerala — one of the most revered pilgrimage sites in South India.

He made a donation of Rs. 15 crore to the temple, reaffirming his family’s deep spiritual bond with sacred sites across the country.

A family legacy of devotion and service

The Ambani family has a long-standing tradition of temple visits and contributions to major religious institutions, particularly before major Reliance milestones. This series of donations follows their earlier contributions to temples in Somnath, Dwarka, Kedarnath, Badrinath, and Pandharpur, as well as ongoing spiritual service projects through the Reliance Foundation.

The latest initiatives in Nathdwara and Tirumala are being guided by Anant Ambani, whose compassionate projects like Vantara have been widely recognized for their commitment to faith, care, and sustainability.

With the blessings of Lord Shrinathji, Lord Venkateswara, and Lord Guruvayurappan, Ambani’s recent contributions mark a continuation of his philanthropic mission rooted in faith, tradition, and national service.
