NEW DELHI: In a recent development, ‘Monarch Liberty Hospitality’ has appointed marketing veteran Sneha Sharma as Vice President of Marketing. In her new role, Sneha is entrusted with the responsibility of building distinct identities for each brand across its diverse portfolio while contributing to the larger vision of the group.
Sneha Sharma joins ‘Monarch Liberty Hospitality’ with close to two decades of experience across some of the country’s most recognised consumer businesses spanning global hospitality, FMCG, retail, and entertainment. Over the course of her career, she has worked with companies like Apparel UAE, managing global brands such as Tim Hortons and Cold Stone Creamery, and held senior leadership positions at Radisson, Baskin-Robbins, and Massive Hospitality. She also co-founded Gigsmith Entertainment, an experience that sharpened her instinct for building brands from scratch with speed, clarity, and conviction, rather than simply boosting their reach.
That range – across sectors as diverse as F&B, hospitality, jewellery, legacy institutions – is central to what she brings to ‘Monarch Liberty Hospitality’. Few marketers master both formats: the disciplined architecture of a global chain and the instinctive, fast-paced thinking of a startup. At Monarch, her mandate consists of applying the dual fluency across a diverse portfolio, shaping the distinct positioning, personality, and growth strategy for Que Sera Sera, TAT, Eve, and Sorena. For her, marketing goes beyond campaigns; it is about understanding people deeply and curating experiences that give them a reason to return. She aims to build closer integration between marketing, operations, sales and the wider leadership team, establishing emotional connection alongside strong commercial fundamentals.
