NEW DELHI: Roundtable discussion on CSR for Science and Tech Education for Better India will be held at PHD Chamber of Commerce in New Delhi on March 8, 2018 during 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Mohini Daljeet Singh, CEO of Max India Foundation, CSR arm of Max Group will be a guest speaker at the forum.
Mohini has represented Max India Foundation as a panellist and anchor at various CSR platforms in India and abroad, including that of CII, ASSOCHAM, PHD Chamber of Commerce, CSR Live week, BRICS CCI centre for CSR, World CSR Day and IICA.
Under her stewardship as the founding CEO, Max India Foundation has won several awards including the Golden Peacock Award for CSR for four consecutive years. Recently on 29 Jan she received the award for Asia’s Greatest CSR Brand at Singapore on behalf of Max India Foundation.
She has been awarded Best Women Leadership Excellence award in CSR at The South Asian Partnership Summit & Business Awards held in Colombo and the Hari Chand Award for Corporate Citizen of the year 2015 by Ludhiana Management Association and CSR person of the year by India CSR Group in 2016.
Committed to the cause of uplifting the lives of the less privileged, she has plans to cover the miles of Max India Foundation’s journey with Seva Bhav and Excellence, the Max Hallmark.
As Founding CEO of Max India Foundation, Mohini Daljeet Singh has worked for the underprivileged on the health platform benefitting over 30 Lakh beneficiaries at 772 locations and partnering with 441 NGOs. The Foundation has adopted one village in Punjab and two villages in Uttarakhand in 2015 for intervention on the issue of health and hygiene.
Mohini, a social worker and an educationist, is widely travelled. As a student of Loreto Convent Lucknow, she started her social service journey by volunteering as a student with Mother Teresa’s Home Prem Niwas, in Lucknow, where she learnt her lessons of compassion and selfless social giving.
An army daughter and army wife, she has spent more than three decades on hands-on social and welfare work to benefit army families in the health, education and personal counselling areas. During this period she taught at Institutions across the country being a trained teacher and a post graduate.
