India CSR Dialogue is being organised on 18th September, 2020 during 5PM to 6PM. It is themed at ‘India’s education and skilling for the next phase of information revolution’.
Context
Education
It is the purpose of education to develop within the individual such motivation as will make him to work hard for the improvement of his social position. Education is the need of every one because it depends on proper development of humans. It is education that reveals the latent qualities and potentiates of humans and enables them to understand Self and the environment surrounding them. Education sharpens the intellect, widens the vision, helps in the wholesome and balanced development of man and above all it leads to social, economic and political development of a nation.
Skill Development
Education and skill development jointly help in preparing one-self employment, which is an important aspect of social upliftment in present democratic setup. Social skills and job specific skills are a means to achieve higher social status and position in society. Skill is learnable. It helps people belonging to lower strata of the society to go up in the social scale and attain a high social position in the society. Launched by the Prime Minister in 2015, SKILL INDIA MISSION aims to train over 40 crore people in India in different skills by 2022. The mission aims at vocational training and certification of Indian youth for a better livelihood and respect in the society.

A society is constituted by the people who are dynamic (over–changing) in nature. Panelists are expert in their domain areas with rich and practical experiences.
