Hilton Worldwide has been named one of the “Top 25 Companies for Supplier Diversity” by Hispanic Business magazine. The publication honored Hilton with a spot on its annual ranking in recognition of the company’s efforts to encourage supplier diversity across its global operations’ portfolio of more than 3,800 hotels in 88 countries. Hilton’s Supply Management program encourages suppliers who add to community values as well as provide quality goods at competitive prices. Hilton and the 24 other honorees were selected from an assessment of more than 1,500 companies by Hispanic Magazine.

Strategic Objectives will pick up the company’s award as the only all-Canadian PR firm named to the Top Ten CSR “A-List” by PR News at an event in Washington, D.C. next week. The independent agency won the award for its record of creating original CSR programs that match big brands to important causes. Examples include its work for The Body Shop’s “Stop Sex Trafficking of Children and Young People” initiative, and The White Cashmere BT Couture Collection: Fashion with Compassion, which won 25 national and international awards.
